I need this surgery. I’ve been suffering with two herniated discs for years like you did, pushing through. I’m glad you were able to do the smaller surgery. My mri is almost just like yours.
I’m so proud of you! I got a discectomy In 2010 and again in 2012. Finally they removed the disc in 2015 and did a fusion at the L6 S1. I know exactly what you mean about the pain after each surgery! For me, because of the fact I had 3 surgeries I have a lot of scar tissue that irritates the nerves. So every four months I go to a pain clinic and get steroid injections. They were able to get the majority of the scar tissue out using saline with a catheter in my spine, but there’s some they can’t reach without surgery (si joint specifically) so the steroid helps. Keep up the Physio as I know you will! Stay strong girl! And well wishes!
Praying recovery will go faster and faster!! You are so strong...dealing with the pain like bad woman!!!! Thank you for sharing your experience Nd spreading Light positivity and courage!!!! Looking forward to your diaries on all social media channels!!!
Awesome and glad everything went well and ya recovering well too 😊💯 keep spreading ya positive energy and both ya partner and ya self been Awesome role model 💯
I’m going through this myself and have been for over a month. Tried everything and to see the way you’re moving in this video or bend over at all just blows my mind. I can’t even sit on the toilet seat without excruciating pain. Haven’t been able to bend over for over a month to even scratch my foot, I’ve had epidural done, acupuncture, chiropractor, been to the hospital twice, and no one seems to be able to help me, spine specialist- how did MRI done which qualified me for the epidural and it’s in my L5 and L4, which are both herniated which is compromising the nerve. I just want to feel normal again. I’ve missed so much work now and had a file for Worker’s Comp. to help me pay for all of the treatments. I’ve been going through but still no relief.
I'm also about to get a surgery for herniated disc in NL. do you know which method they mostly use? do they consult with you on which one they will use? cheers, and a speed recovery.
I have the same problem and am thinking of doing the same procedure in the same hospital, after seeing your results. Can you share the hospital details please?
After surgery can you go back to normal life Can you bend and grab some from the floor in any way you want ? Can you left weaight ? Is evry thing will go back to normal as if you dont have a disc issue?
Praying for a quick recovery 🙏🙏. Glad to see you doing well 😊

Beautiful as always Nochtli...❤🌻🌹🙏🏽
Glad you recovered. I am having epidural injection in 5 weeks. If it doesn’t work, surgery is the last option for me.
Glad that you are doing good 👏🏻😁
What’s the name of the procedure you had? please 🙏🏼
Hi miss how are you doing now i mean with sciatica, surgery please let me know thank you
Raadden de artsen in NL ook aan om naar Duitsland te gaan? Of hebben jullie die optie zelf gevonden? Ik vind je echt dapper!

I think you shouldn't be doing surgery for your spine , coz i as see you can walk nicely and bend which I can't
