Cities like Houston & Dallas are a bit different from what you’d expect in other places across the USA, that’s why Southern Hip-Hop was able to blow up & become mainstream in the 2000’s. It all started in the streets, the subcultures of “USA.” Great to see this kid take those influences with him & most important use it to raise up his own community & culture. His rawness is what Hip-Hop is truly all about, not the mainstream crap it’s become.
