I became a huge fan of N.W.A., even though I came to their music after they had disbanded. Over the years, I also enjoyed artists like Kendrick Lamar, Logic, and NF. One question that always lingered in my mind was whether we'd ever see someone emerge in hip hop with the impact and caliber of Jay-Z, Nas, André 3000, or even someone like ice Cube. For a long time, I wasn't sure if we would, but now I'm thrilled to see that we finally have an artist who represents Indian hip hop culture on a global scale-someone who's not just another generic artist, but a genuine force in the genre.
