Agreed! Wish I had a 3-car garage too.
Who ever built that house has a screw loose the little one car garage opens up to a garden bed not a driveway.
Ha fair, though it is intentional with the model home. Model homes don't always have functional driveways until they are done selling the community and sell off the models.

They do! You just would have to have the plans approved by the HOA first.

There are similar homes in Fort Mill and Rock Hill. I would look at Millbank by Broadstreet Homes or Layton Forest by Accent homes.

Ah, it is a lot, but they provide a lot of amenities and lawn service for that.
@@grantwilsterman Thanks for the reply. May be they provide lot of amernities. But it is a life time subscription , need to pay it as long as we live there. Also the HOA pay will increase over the time. It will become like a small EMI payment. We can pay off House Loan and the house value will increase but HOA is something like a unending debt to us. For this reason, I prefer low HOA.

Ah I can see that. All the homes in this neighborhood have the primary bedroom on the first floor.
