How much is the HOA fees in that community ?

@@JiZzKizZ_ yeh it's about $120 which isn't bad. The community is perfect. Clean huge pool clubhouse ..diverse nearby schools highway...stores mall. I'm waiting for them to break new ground by the lake there are basement homes.
Does this community offer single family homes? Not looking for a 2 story community!
All the homes in this community are single family homes. They are all 2 or 3 floors.
