This is a beautiful home. I love the master suite, laundry room, patio and office area. I'm not a fan of bedrooms at the front of the house, but this floor plan is lovely.

Beautifull 1st Time hearing of Mustang Lakes Celina TX Nice Place Love that the builder did not put a Window in the Tub this Trends I don't like at all! Thanks! No windows in the Tub or Shower Creeps me out. Plus the cold air in the Winter isn't good. Keep building no windows in shower/Tub. THANKS Nice Video! Another thing why Do they build the houses so close together I hope they start spacing them out instead of on top of each other. For the price space these houses out. 🏘️
These master planned developments usually offer lot sizes that vary from 50 feet wide to 90 feet in some of the communities... The larger the lot the more $$$... It's very hard to find homes with more than 1/2 acre of land. When you do find it they usually start in the $1mm and up range.
i prefer an office or some sort of "dump space" both off garage and front door for your shoes bags ect. and off the front door for mail and packages. my current house has no garage and its straight in to the kitchen basically. so my kitchen island tends to be mail dump zone and it drives me nuts
It’s nice to have a little “mud room” when you walk in from the garage so you can drop your keys, mail etc… Most of the newer homes do have a mud room area… We do not show them in the tours because that space along with the garages are usually used for the sales rooms.

The floors are either LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) or Engineered Hardwood… A lot of higher end builders are using LVP flooring. It looks amazing and last a very long time. Traditions homes does not allow LVP flooring. They are all engineered hardwood wide plank. They are very expensive. 😂 just bought a one of their homes.
Side entry garages are very rare in communities here in North Dallas. Mostly because the width of the lots. Most lots are 50 to 75 feet and they are in a row. There maybe a few corner lots that could accommodate a side entry garage. Some builders do offer an option where the garages are in front of the home but have a “swing” so they face right or left when you pull in the driveway. Is front facing or rear facing garages a deal breaker for you?
I really like single storey houses. Here the layout is not the best. If the office receives visitors, then they must be led through the whole house. The office at the entrance is more functional. I liked the master bedroom and the laundry room, I especially like that both the wardrobe and the bathroom are located before the entrance to the bedroom and there is not this crazy number of doors in the room itself. Traditionally, the same cabinets in the kitchen in ALL houses break out, the kitchens look old-fashioned, the same impression from ugly gas stoves. It seems that in America they cook mammoth at home.
This house is amazing. Do not like the two town cabinets or the wood planks in the main foyer. I fill like this home should be an 2 story home .Also wish that the back yard was more space. Other than that this is a nice home .
I Do Not Like Bedrooms at front of the homes. Also with the Owner's Suite I don't like as you enter you walk directly to the bathroom in the closets that's also separate
