I am pleasantly surprised by this home, nowadays when you look at the videos on RUclips the homes they're so weird, the layouts are weird. It's decorated really nice. I do have one problem with the layout the garage so when you bring your groceries and you have to go through the dining room to get to the kitchen and so I will have the garage closer to the kitchen. And also I would like a basement.
Nice Floorplan. They emphasize in Bonus/Game Room. Primary Bathroom walking closet is too small and shared bathroom on the second could had been constructed with separate bath and should make a better size walking cliset
Hate homes where the garage is more prominent than the front door! That’s because they get huge houses on small lots to increase density! If I wanted a house that big I’d put it on a double lot! Otherwise nice layout, but kids bedrooms seemed small for the size of the house! Would be helpful to show size of rooms in ft. as photographs can be deceptive either way! They maybe huge but look small etc! Staircase very dramatic, I haven’t seen that in a while.

Absolutely right. Huge area. Absolutely stupid layout. To make a table for classes on the aisle of the second floor is the height of idiocy. In a huge kitchen there is no normal place for cooking. A small island with a huge sink that eats up the entire working surface. I still don't understand - why do we need two living rooms, two dining rooms? Do people who live in a house like this have two butts? Has anyone heard of a society of reasonable consumption?
No two people have similar tastes. If you have money and can afford two living rooms - a big one and a small one, fine. That is your taste and maybe you can sit in the small one for some informal visits. This is why they are called CUSTOM homes, that is custom to your taste. It is a MODEL home and can be modified to fit what you like. So, don’t use tough language.

The entryway / dining room is dominated by a staircase that leaves no room for the dining table!
The decor in this home is horrible! Like why is all that stuff thrown together? It takes away from a beautiful home.
