Basicaly if you make the melody of a one bar the same as the next just like in lucid dreams by juice wrld an example is: "i still see your shadows in my room" with "cant take back the love that i gave you" those 2 have the same melody and sound the same. Which makes it catchy

This video helped me out. I listened to a lot of juice world freestyles recently and how you said he lets the beat almost rap for him. He had those 4 beats hitting and I kept tapping and made it out so now I know where it comes from
