    Holy S**t is this overpriced, people who are not in sim racing might buy this, but if you build it yourself you can make it better and way cheaper with having the same gear. They literally took some of the best gear in sim racing(that's to argue of course), put it in another box to hold it and increased the price of it like 6, 7 times. People who don't know how much is this worth peace by peace and who are not into sim racing are really getting ripped off

    So glad too know that my thrustmaster T150, tv tray stand, and kitchen chair will still set faster times then a $38,000 setup. It’s not about how much you spend that makes you fast it’s the knowledge of how to get around the track the fastest.

      @@TheCarDoc1 good review of these rigs

  • @torque2802
    @torque2802 Год назад +3

    If your paying 35k plus you'd expect to have the motion platforms move in the right direction to simulate G forces.
    When you accelerate the rig moved you backwards so your acceleration is trying to take you off the seat, like a person trying to pull your chair out from behind you. But in a real car, when you accelerate the car moves forwards and pins you into the seat with the acceleration. So for accelerating the rig needs to move forwards to pin you into the seat.
    Basic physics and Vesaro can't get it right 😬

    • @GabsARV
      @GabsARV Год назад

      You can probably experience that with the motion seatbelts where the straps tighten based on the G-forces that the player in-game experiences. Couple that with force feedback chairs, then it's probably the closest you can get to experiencing G-forces that racing gives.
      Probably next is simulation of wind when driving an open-top car or an F1 car.

    • @NochEinKamel
      @NochEinKamel 11 месяцев назад

      Nah, that's correct movement. The chair uses gravity to simulate acceleration forces. i.e when you accelerate forwards, the the seat tilts backwards giving you more pressure on your back (like when you lay down) and less on your bum/thighs; when you brake you tilt forwards for more pressure on your thights and less on your back. If it would use the movement for the simulation it could only simulate very brief acceleration moment.

    I would really like to see what 75K more than a similar setup buys you.. like you can buy motion kits for a couple grand.. and the wheels/pedals for < 2K.. and a VR headset that gives you more immersion than the monitors despite how good those are. I am not knocking these sims.. they are amazing. But the prices.. holy crap.. you can buy a Cybertruck or Corvette for the price of one of these. Are these warrantied for life.. all costs for shipping to/from, fixes, etc 100% covered for this price? I imagine for around 10K you can easily match one of these setups with several options available today.
