And now he is nominated for an Oscar for his heartbreaking performance in The Banshees of Inisherin. Dreams do come true. Congrats, Barry! Go get 'em! 💚
Their interaction on the boat, however small and brief, was a delight to watch. In terms of acting, there's no question about Sir Mark's skills having already won an Oscar. As for Barry, this role bodes well for his fledgling career. Dunkirk is defnitely a must-watch movie which showcases the indomitable spirit of the British, people of the small island nation which I fell so in love with from my history books, period dramas and movies.
fuck2016 idk let this man age a little bit because his in the awkward stage of adulthood obviously so maybe he'll be as attractive if not more than Joel
Is it me, or does Barry Keoghan bear a striking resemblance to Tye Sheridan, who is going to be the star of ready player one. His Irish accent is adorable though!
Just seen film today and what a stunning achievement Chris Nolan has made for the veteran of the evacuation it is an amazing production with a perfect cast. Please everyone lets all shout out towards the Monarchy and vote Chris Nolan for an MBE the man deserved it. I understand other people out there deserve recognition awards and let them have it but give Chris Nolan some award for having the courage to do this film in our age of CGI and Comic book heroes. I salute you Chris and are brave heroes
Fun fact: In real life the older guy portrayed also survived the sinking of the titanic, and was one of the only sailors to make it off alive and save hundreds of people doing it. He was an extraordinary person.
Jack, it's lovely to chat to you today. You can take the rest of the day off, congratulations on Dunkirk. You're on to a winner. Now you're off to North Africa. The Afrika Corps will be easy, mate.
Hey, Jack! Lovely to keep a running gag going for you today! Just take the rest of the day off, man - you don't need to do anymore, you've got a winner on your hands!
Barry Keoghan's delivery of the line "I'll be useful sir!" will be etched in my mind for quite a long time.
sad !
It is a small bit of the film, but very sad.
George's death was the saddest part for me, heartbreaking...

These two were brilliant in the film. Their relationship was great!
"I'll be useful, sir."
but then
"Helping you and Mr.Dawson is the best thing I've ever done." "I can't. I can't see"
damn 😭
So sad

Charlotte IVE BEEN SAYING THIS, HES NOT A BAD ACTOR EITHER SO I CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT HIS FUTURE BRINGS
he kinda reminds me of Jughead
Cillian Murphy, Barry Keoghan & Aneurin Barnard are three of the most unique faces on film. Makes it better they're all in the same film.
fuck2016 idk let this man age a little bit because his in the awkward stage of adulthood obviously so maybe he'll be as attractive if not more than Joel

Love these two! Great interview as well! 👍🏼
When I first saw Barry/George in the film I thought this guy simultaneously looks like a middle aged man and a baby. Then he died, and I teared up.

"I'll be useful" :(
Barry in 2017: I’d make a good Robin
Barry in 2022: I’m gonna kill Robins now, since they cast me as the Joker.
I have not seen many interviews with aneurin barnard in
He barely even spoke at all in the film
yeezy 2020 just that je suis francais line i think

Fun fact: In real life the older guy portrayed also survived the sinking of the titanic, and was one of the only sailors to make it off alive and save hundreds of people doing it. He was an extraordinary person.
Mark was directed by Spielberg in "Bridge of Spies" (2015) (won an Oscar) and "The BFG" (2016).

Proper lads. Real ones. Best of the last 50 years no doubt. Pissed as a fart and crazy talented.
[Robin] "Thats one thing we didn't see in Chris' Batman films"
Eh, yes we did. Joseph Gordon Levitt was Robin, no?
It was just a teaser
Yeah, but Anne Hathaway was never reffered to once as Catwoman, but she was still Catwoman in Nolan's universe, an JGL was also Robin....
Barry won the lotto
I've seen the guy at 4:02 before. Can anyone tell me who he is?
wheelchairby284 it's Jack Lowden
barry looks more like young Joel Edgerton
Even in britain almost everyone is irish
Lol We have a lot of Irish ancestry.
Mark Rylance is very disturbing in Bones and All 💀
Barry had about 5 lines....
Sir Mark Rylance looks like John Lithgow

Wow, what a clickbait title
This boring interviewer says the same opening line with every interview!!
Jack, it's lovely to chat to you today. You can take the rest of the day off, congratulations on Dunkirk. You're on to a winner.
Now I'm happy that I've been included :D thanks Joe!

wtf is speect
Very pretentious title for this video. By no means is either or worthy of Oscar standard performances in this movie, especially Barry. Ridiculous.
Paul Brady he's being sarcastic, damn.
Northern Irish protestant
