MOD-6Uq was created to improve Sharpness and boost color saturation. Always disable WiFi setting for best image quality. Give this MOD a test drive and let me know if Sharpness is acceptable with your Lens focus.

Always view RUclips in highest quality. Some browsers have too many Add-ons/Plug-ins loaded that can cause lag/stutter during streaming/viewing. When viewing your own RAW footage consider the Player used and screen image control settings. Many Dash Camera owners complain about image quality and don't realize their LCD Screen is set to maximum Sharpness + Brightness + Saturation which will affect the look of recorded video. Suggest installing other MP4 video Players and adjust the setting to NOT over-sharpen or saturate. Viewing RAW Dash Camera footage on Smart TVs is usually always over-sharpened and too vivid due to preset TV image settings.

Sharpness - acceptable / increase / decrease (( changed by -32 ))

Bitrate Range - acceptable / increase / decrease (( stock 20/16 Mbps ==> changed to 22.6 - 35.6 Mbps ))

what is default bitrate for 1.9fw front and rear? max quality
A129 Duo 1080p default factory Bitrate is unacceptable, depending on if rear camera is connected its 16Mb/s or 8Mb/s, when Wifi is enabled drops to less than 5Mb/s.
@@bchobbyist is parking mode working with this modded fw?
The licence plates of cars in your country are so poorly designed (thin letters and numbers) that the camera still has a problem reading them. Even when the image is stopped :-( Incidentally, the picture is not twice convincing, although I understand that YT is getting worse in the quality of the video.
It helps to set RUclips quality 1080P view Full Screen. Can read plates two car lengths away even while in motion, check your browser settings.
@@bchobbyist Thank you, I was set to 720HD. But even after setting it to 1080HD, the image quality has not improved much. Unfortunately, I have a similar picture with my camera and I am not very satisfied with the quality. I also tried some of your FW mods, but the image was choppy - probably a problem with the SD card.
Better quality microSD cards will always help, always Format new memory cards inside the camera using Menu option. Some 128GB or larger memory cards must be Formatted 3 times, while others are not fully compatible. viofo-dash-cam-selection-advice.blogspot.com/2018/02/accessories.html
