Hi! My father had invested in a company few years ago. Due to some issue he lost track of his investment. But recently he came to know that the shares and dividend has been transferred to IEPF. So can you make a video on Detailed Process of claiming shares and dividend from IEPF?
Mam, since the RE is for partly paid up share… immediate amount is just 25% and the other 75% has got nearly 3 years for 2 emis… so indirectly we got the share benefit of loan if we buy RE. Hence the 40% surge in RE for the demand
Dear Rachana Ma'am, I agree with everything you've spoken and I would like to add another aspect to it. RE is trading at premium because through partly paid share one has to invest lesser amount to get same upside (in absolute points) as of the fully paid share. One can invest this differential amount in any debt instrument which will yield additional return in order to compensate for the extra premium paid while buying RE. I hope I've conveyed what I want to say.

Bhai iska matlab ye hy ki tum 740 dene ke liye bhi ready ho 690pe trade hone wale share ke liye..iski vajah se jinke paas pahle se share hy Bharti Airtel wo abhi nahi bechenge apne shares because they expect a more rise in its price. If you but it for 740 you surely going to gain but a little amount..par jiske paas pahle se shares hai they will gain more profit
Ur correct, nice question, in simple words if u or anyone else have the money right now then definitely buying a normal share of Airtel at 690 is better but many people want to buy shares in lots and dont have required funds so they pay more (740 instead of 690) since in this case they will initially just pay a % of 535 and later they get time to arrange for more money to pay the remaining amount.
