    If your handle is weak, work on this for 10 minutes a day, then your handle wont be weak anymore. I post good drills, follow me.

    I started doing good drills specifically the starting from the grkund and between continuous fast and ground start to between behind spin behind. I love good drills because there challenging, they work, and there enjoyable.
