    I suffer from this too..but I'm not sure I can think of anything to replace the thought it feels to me like a void.. but if it does get easier with practice like u said then I guess it's worth sticking with..? I cringe at times I've talked myself out of doing something eg seeing someone i like at the cinema or somewhere and I stopped myself approaching them.. it's exhausting overthinking overanalyzing.. it feels like a train racing along the tracks with no stops 😮. It's good for u to post this..❤

      Maybe check out the book “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff” by Richard Carlson. It’s been extremely helpful for me.

      @@LivingSimplyWithLondon I've just found the audio version of it on the RUclips channel Bookslounge..is 4hrs..but can break up into chunks! Is read by the author..seems worthwhile so far! 🤗😊

      @@LivingSimplyWithLondon remember what u said about things not being black or white often.. the listing for the audiobook is likely unofficial so unlikely pays royalties to author so in some ways feels bit suspect.. on other hand if it makes listeners buy the book it's a good thing maybe! But I will let us know what I think when I've got through it 😊
