I did a surgery for flat foot,i had it since i was born.basically the surgery hurts so bad they put a prothese inside of your foot and you can't walk on it for like 2moths+ it was so hard to me because my foot became very weak and then a year after you have to do another surgery to remove the prothese.just exercice, don't do it
i've had flat feet for as long as i can remember, and i used to dance ballet. learning that genetics or tight calf muscles might be the cause is really reassuring because i remember a time when my calf muscles were almost always locked, and it hurt to press on them because they were so tense. now at least i have an explanation!
I’ve had flat feet for my whole life and everytime I walk for too long or run I get pain in my knees, hips, back, feet, and I have bad posture it sucks because I can’t get help
Question: I've always had flat feet and my whole life when I'm sitting or leaning on a wall I will turn my foot to the side and almost rest on the sides of my feet. I never thought anything of it until someone pointed it out to me. I walk normal, it's just my resting position, my comfort position. Is that caused by my flat feet?
I have a flat foot, My dad was born with it but mine probably needs to be treated because I can’t even run or else my ankles hurt, I can’t walk long either so this is nice to know :)
good day folks I have been dealing with these same issues for 15 plus year's and family practioners and foot and ankle doctors along with orthopedic doctors tell me there is nothing that they can do for myself .. foot and ankle dr. told me it was higher up, had extensive back surgery and now back to the same situation prior to the surgery with the foot and ankle ... with what you mention in the video is exactly what is going on with myself ... any suggestions
Pain like a hook stuck between 3rd and 4th toe on the left foot (especially after physical exertion). I have flat feet but are these two connected by any chance? 🤔
thats why i dont wear shoes i havent wore them since 6th grade my feet feel so much better and my fallen arch when to a high arch just from not wearing stupid shoes i hate them shoes are bad for you

I was born with flat feet and you know what? They don't bother me. My friends gave me the nickname "Sasquatch" back in high school (it's just a joke which I take no offense to). I'm not able to run for long distances, though that won't stop me from playing my favorite sport's, especially Hockey.

I have had orthotics, physical therapy, and shots in the top/back of my foot. My left foot is doing better, but due to the weight I put on it it’s wearing down quicker. My right ankle & toes pronate. I have been told there was nothing I could do for my entire life as far as surgery goes. I gave up my baseball career because of the issues with this foot. I now can not even walk correctly or go a day without pain. I live in GA. I am miserable and would love to have some help here. Me having flat feet and finding out I can treat it but knowing my parents wouldn't let me do because I might be expensive😥😥😔 But I'm tired of it I cant walk long distance or stand on my feet for way to long .And I know I ain't a fast running but my flat feet also contribute to me not being able to run fast .And I remember wen I was younger like 8 or 10 if I walk barefoot outside on gravel or on uneven terrain my feet under would get swollen
When I was younger I was really athletic in running, I could run a mile in 6.5 minutes. these things are due to hyper-mobility which is the root cause for those tight muscles usually

300,000 years ago we evolved to run barefoot and all of a sudden 30 years ago we now need arch support and feet support?

Hi! What do you think about "Calcaneo-stop" and senotarsal endorthesis? In Italy are a common surgery for flat feet.
What is that?
I don't have flat foot but my knee ankle is not staight. i mean my legs are a bit concave...I don't know why?
bolegged
bow leg
I have One flat foot and the other is normal, it is not balance
Common. I have the same.
Can physical therapy completely remove our flat feet
No. Physical therapy cannot cure flat foot.
I think surgery can, but even that may not solve it
It depends whether you are born with it (genetic) or you acquired it over time
If ur feet are literally COMPLETETLY flat like all of it is on the floor then surgery is needed
hmm my ankles do bend that way but my feet do have an arch
Both my legs were flat and I realized my bones are weak so I started eating more foods with vitamin d
I also noticed after the first day of the vitamin d pill it feels almost as if ally pain transferred to my my left leg
is it possible to be born flat footed?
Yes, I’ve had flat feet forever. Also, it’s stated in the video when they mentioned congenital flat foot
Can I play football running ecc with flat feet pls? Does it create damage or some risks?
You can play football and run. It’s just if it hurts then you should go see a gp
