I love the sci-fi/horror stories in which the hero sees the truth and acts on it while the rest of the world assumes he's crazy. These are some of the best moral dilemmas. It's also an intriguing exploration into the collective unconscious and racial memory. Well told!

Also sounds a little like Zenna Henderson’s “The People”. Very well done!! Wish there were more today.
