    I would never buy a Sony Bravia, only got the tv last week and this is the second time its gone black screen and cant get it to come on with picture this time.

    When we plug in our Sony playstation 1 into the yellow AV (3.5mm jack) with the cable (yellow/white/red cinch to 3.5mmjack), the TV sees the AV input, but with the ps1 turned on, the TV still says "no signal, check connections".
    We also tried another av ps1 cable aswell as another cinch to 3.5mm jack.
    What could be the problem ?

    My Bravia 65 inch tv have problems staying connected to my sound bar (Bose 600) and now the s2000 sound bar. Some times I can’t get any sound from the sound bar and other times the sound goes out during watching a program periodically about every few minutes and then come back on. I’m under the suspicion the TV is bad and not the sound bars. I’m open to your help or recommendations.

    My sony bravia didn't show setting option , how could i find setting please help me 😢i found so many tutorials but they didn't work , my tv didn't show settings like others , device preferences and some others they have only wifi conectivity please help

    Tv has to stay on and stop turning off and on. Second Sony with same issue in the last 4 years. Had to pay for it all to get looked and “repaired” with no help from Sony or product coverage for the faulty tv’s they put out. Worst customer service and even worse product.

    I bought a sony bravia kdl-55w800c from a neighbor but they lost the remote, I bought my own RMT-TX100U and it isn’t working, it appears as if it was factory reset and I am on a welcome menu prompting me to choose a language and I can’t select anything with the on board controls only change volume or turn the tv off. The remote is on because I can see the inferred light on my phone camera but won’t do anything on the tv. Is there anything I can do to get past this screen

    I purchased a Sony Bravia and my biggest complant is the Andriod App or Google TV. Poor functionalitly, prone to freeze, not work, and other issues. Hate, the the little hickups in Prime and Netflix and other apps; doesn't happen the Bravia App. I'm in the process of purchasing a ROKU or a Fire TV Stick as I have not had any issues ...Zero hickups or buffering that I have on the Sony. Disapointed as this is an 85" TV and the perfomace is poor as a result of the Google Interface. It's hard wired into the network and I have tried wireless as welll. * The only thing that I can think of that is casuing the issue...is possbibly my firewall preventing personal data from leaking from the TV as I have been hardening privacy of our information in the wake of data being sold in the market place?

    Recently purchased my first OLED tv (Sony A95L). The screen looks smudged. I've read that you shouldn't touch it, but instructions for cleaning say used distilled water on a microfiber cloth. How do I apply that cloth to get rid of the smudges without touching the screen???

    So I wouldn't say I like the Sony A95k with Sony A5000 sound bar and Sony SA Rs5 rear speaker; now, when I use Netflix, the app doesn't reflect the Dolby Atmos icon as on. Only 5.1 icons. Why is this, although it should reflect atmos with the soundbar connected?

    Our issue is with our Sony Bravia OLED TV is we watch Netflix and Hulu alot and it tends to freeze where we can't do anything even turn the TV off without unplugging it from the wall do you have a video that can help me better understand what to do please? Thanks😊

    Hi I’ve had my Bravia 4K for about 3 years now and I turned it on and for some reason it’s stuck on Welcome. Bienvenido.Bienvenue screen. I’ve unplugged everything and started again. I even did a factory reset. What’s wrong? Help

    Sony Bravia 65 inch 4k WILL NOT exit from safe mode. Have tried EVERYTHING several times. Have had the TV 3 years. It has gone into safe mode on its own before and it has somehow exited with no rhyme nor reason. Ready to ditch this thing. Any suggestions out there??

    I have a sony x950h and it freezes too much and starts to lag more frequently. I hope this works cause I know what I won't be buying anymore if it doesn't.

    The most recent Android TV software update absolutely destroyed this TV - Bravia 4K UR3 (A8H).
    Functioned beautifully until that software update. Now it freezes, runs slower than a Mac from 1998 and features all manner of ridiculous bugs across all apps.

    Sony yall TV's is to expensive to be having all these issues. I have a Samsung Hisense and vizio none of theme has issues and they cost way less.

    Trash my Sony tv crashing every time im not happy with the software its like the xperia phones
    I remember when i just got the TV it was so bad my remote was not working with it
    This should work 100% im wondering if a older person buys the tv its so bad experience

    This was not helpful at all. You start by asuming I have to learn to plug the tv into the wall… and at the end you recomend a factory reset? Why not admit you have a really bad OS that need som serious reprogramming! My tv is so slow that I cant even scroll. How am I suppose to reach the factory rest button?

      Create a separate proxy network at 5ghz. Nothing else on the network. Problems gone for me.

      @@CaliCowboy805 contact your ISP. Every ISP has different routers for traffic. Contact tech support for you provider. It's likely in the FAQs for your provider.

      @@CaliCowboy805 So a second (network) appears open ISP one will service all devices. (ISP Network 2) Only the TV connects and only at 5ghz. Find a teen that games. They dial you in
