As always, wonderful information about the beer style. I have never brewed it, but am planning to. Thank you for putting the metric measurements for us, Europeans...
Just now found out that Bacchus and Barleycorn sell your kits. They are right up the road from me, and the only shop I go to. Can't wait to try some of them out. Thanks!
Awesome!
Always enjoy your informative video content. Cheers!🍻
Thank you! Cheers!
Hi just wondering if you think this recipe will work without the sugar addition. I make 10 gallon batches so try to keep abv around 5% so they are enjoyably without getting too tipsy. Love your recipes and approach. Thanks
It will still make a great beer. Might try the trappist single recipe for lower gravity and same proile .
Thank you so much, love your work👌
Super insightful!
Great video!!! Thank you 🍻
My pleasure!
My next recipe !!! Thank you !!!
Which aromatic malt are you using? Can Weyermann MELANOIDIN be substituted? If not, what would be best substitute? Can't get my hands on it.
Dingemans
Are you using a logistic regression for the presence/absence graphs of different yeast over time? I think a normal linear correlation wouldn't be appropriate there
Yes i got that comment before to use logscale on some of these. I tried them and I didn't see a huge difference. I think what's important is which way it's trending and not so much what value it's trending to.
