Wow Rasa this is very powerful. I approached this with humility feeling that it could involve disease of mind or body or soul in a quest for deep healing. I emerged understanding and directing that healing outwards towards those that are suffering fear and pain. I include all animals as well as humans. May all sentient beings wheresoever they are be freed from pain and harm. May it be so. 🙏

Great video, I like it yes. You cannot “meditate” yourself into Nirvana though, as it is only a state of sudden realization, not a mental state, not any place, not a milestone or anything tangible. It comes on without warning and nor can you “relax” yourself into it. The only best method known to man to prepare yourself for such a permanent experience, is the NetiNeti method and deep self-inquiry of your true nature and asking what it is, over and over until that breakthrough happens, which is Enlightenment/Nirvana. Your video is very soothing and great tho !

This was such a powerful meditation! To ask “Who Am I?” And “Who is this awareness?” POWERFUL and I am grateful to have found this meditation…
As someone who’s been meditating for quite some time now, I would suggest giving the listeners more time in between your speaking to “hear” the music with their awareness because you suggested than proceeded to guide the meditation which can be a little distracting….
Nonetheless, the intent behind the meditation was beautiful and so I THANK YOU!!
