I’m must do this at bedtime or when I got a hour or so but I have young kids and constant wanting but did do 10 mins of this and within that time I saw a lovely happy woman with short brown hair come to me and a a couple hugging like a reunion and the man had his back turned to me wearing a striped shirt blue and white, can’t wait to do more of this xxxxx

Thank u dear Rasa beautiful meditation. First time I did I slept in between but I got very good sleep in the night. The second time I did I got a small vision. I saw two persons sitting on a big huge bird flying in the night sky . The front person was a male wearing a shimmering white dhoti type and holding something in the hand the other person not sure who.

I was wide awake at the beginning of this- then I fell asleep for maybe 20 minutes but it honestly felt like hours- I remember nothing of the dream but I know it was chaos like a lot happening and I felt like it should’ve been hours. So weird.
