I’ve listened to so many of these meditations as I drift off to sleep. I’ve never left a review for any of them. But I felt compelled to do so today because I woke up with a very visceral feeling of a SHIFT in my consciousness and mood. I woke up feeling like something shifted within me. I've listened to this series several times and I am seeing how this is all very true. Although I believe there's a reason for everything that happens, it is often hard to find the reason why, and it can take years sometimes, but now I'm seeing it with every daily action. I didn’t finish this meditation because i was on my balcony in the hot sun, thought it was a good obstacle to ignore the urge to escape the subtle heat. My husband interrupted me bc he wanted to eat lunch. I was stopped while visualizing the butterfly on my third eye. I opened my eyes and there was a moth about 2 ft away from me. I am so amazed. I understand the density of earth which makes manifestation very difficult but i still managed to manifest a simple little moth in just a minute ❤

Accept my higest gratitude and deep touched in my heart, release shame from wanting a home scared of changes and intimacy. I am letting go my ego and letting myself to be guided to where I am supposed to be. I am love and love comes to me.

Life has gotten much harder since I started listening, but I no longer care. I don't trust the universe. I have no reason to. I do trust misery. I know it well, and this video has seemingly helped me to accept it.

Hello Pura Rasa...I recently discovered this meditation and I am loving it. Could you please tell me the difference between the Universe, Source, and higher self. They seem like they could be synonymous. I am familiar with the concept of "The Way of the Universe" as it applies in Taoism. Would love to hear your wisdom on this. It is a hybrid of both, a meditation to listen, to let the words sink into the mind, you will notice that there is no pauses given to repeat as there normally would be in a general type affirmation meditation. So it is, two in one 💜
