Fan Repair & Thermostat Wire Run

In this clip I repair a fan with a broken pull switch. Then I run a new thermostat wire from a rooftop unit down to a new thermostat. The Wifi thermostat will not operate without a "c" wire. The existing thermostat wiring was not properly done and did not allow for the additional wire needed.
