Great video, thanks for your work. Only would like to add, that using transparent people is not always a big mistake. Sometimes you want to show the space can hold a crowd of people, meanwhile, you don't want they blocking everything going on in the background. Another case is when rendering looks too realistic, and a client could think that it's not your design but some photography of existing architecture.
Hmmm I had not thought about that. I suppose in that situation I wouldn't make them transparent I would just change the levels and lower the saturation. For a collage or a sketchy render I would use sketched human figures instead of transparent images. I suppose it all comes down to taste and sense of design and both ways does the job in the end :)
hey plz ur the only one i can turn on to when it comes to learning photoshop , can you tell us from where you get ur images for exemple i try to render a building with a curtain wall however i cant find good pictures that would make it look real ,can you do a video on how to render a glass building pleaaase !
I get this question a lot from people and I actually did a video about 7 best sites for architects and I talk about "mr.cutout" and how I use google to get my images which I think is what you are looking for: ruclips.net/video/xE0dKG2aMws/видео.html I hope this helps :)
If you look online for architecture visualization jobs, you can find a lot. You can also try calling firms and ask if they are hiring anyone. also, I've just seen jobs on freelance sites with 100- $750 pay. Hope it helps :)
