I grew up enjoying the Spider-Man films, though I didn’t understand much of what was happening then at the time. I would also watch X-Men in parts, but I also didn’t comprehend it all. As I got older, I paid attention to those stories and enjoyed them more for it. I bring this up because I originally got into Iron Man and the Avengers for the comedy. The scene where Tony is eating snacks and offers it to Bruce was adlibbed by Robert Downey Jr.(RDJ) He hid snacks all around the set and no one could find his hiding spots so they just left it in the script. The Galaga scene was improvised by RDJ. Mark Ruffalo adlibbed in motion capture Hulk waking Iron Man up after the fall through the portal. The 6 Netflix MCU "Street Level Heroes" series (total 13 seasons) start right after "Avengers". The first season of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." picks up after the end of "Iron Man 3" but before "Thor Dark World".
Crashing onto water is not softer than crashing on land. Water is only soft when you are moving slowly. If you fell from the sky onto a lake, you would break every bone in your body and die on impact unless you fell only a short distance.
don't know if anyone told you.... the young lady in the cafe' that kept showing up.....they focused on her because, in a deleted scene she was waiting on Steve outside that cafe (and showed an interest....but she didn't know who he was). then, she saw him as Captain America after the mask was ripped off and realized...."HE.....is Captain America?!🙂😄 if i remember correctly, Stan Lee was there and encouraged Steve too ask her out.
When someone tells you they have a "lo kee" personality, its a good idea to verify if they mean "low key" as in casual and relaxed, or Loki, as in diety of deceit and mischief. Its good to know what to expect.
The waitress you noted the camera focusing on several times was supposed to be a potential love interest for Steve Rogers. There were deleted scenes of him meeting her at a cafe' below Stark Tower and Stan Lee chiding Steve to ask for her phone number. Unfortunately, most of her scenes were cut out of the final film, so that plot line was lost.
The woman they keep showing actually had a scene earlier in the movie that was cut out. In that scene, Cap is hanging out at the coffee shop outside of Stark Tower, and that woman is the waitress serving him. She seems slightly flirtatious toward him, but he's reluctant to act. Stan Lee is sitting at the next table and urges Cap to ask her out on a date, but Cap doesn't.
I love this movie so much this first Avengers movie changed everything it spawned a whole new universe and changed how Hollywood sees superhero movies I'm so happy you girls loved this movie as much as i did when it came out man
one of the best superhero film of all time..i'd watched it like 3 times in the cinema when it came out..such a good movie.. now, you're entering Phase 2 with Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World, Captain America: Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Age of Ultron and Ant-Man..enjoy..
If you like Firefly, have you've seen Farscape? It's about an American astronaut sucked into a wormhole and running into a prison ship. He met escaped prisoners and learn to live with them as they try running away from the law. It's also a Jim Henson production so expect a lot of complex puppetry.
Stellan Skarsgaard talking about "low level gamma radiation" not being harmful is pretty funny after seeing him play the real life Deputy Chairman Boris Shcherbina.
"Flying Monkeys" were the henchmen of The Wicked Witch in "The Wizard of Oz" which was a novel and movie released before 1940, and thus how Cap "got that reference" but also explains why Thor didn't. How many movies from Earth do you think he's watched? I don't think you were realizing the influence of the Scepter winding up the tensions between the members of the team. The earliest signs were the effect on Banner, all his work to avoid becoming the Hulk made him naturally fight it, leading to the signs of a tension headache before the bickering really started.
19:00 - Iron Man would lose in the forest with his Mark VI suit. However in the comics (Iron Man # 64 vol 3), Stark created the Asgardian-powered Mark 22 Thorbuster armor to fight a crazy and more powerful version of Thor (King Thor who possessed the Odin Force and wanted to rule Earth). The Thorbuster was so powerful, it managed to stop Mjolnir mid-flight. However, King Thor eventually overpowered the Thorbuster armor but it still put up one hell of a fight.
Ironman has never been able to keep up with Thor. Thor notoriously holds back especially on earth and against humans. When he comes back after civil war he destroys Tony and makes him walk.
Hulk after Loki: "Puny God....uuuuuuuh". Hannah's reaction to the Chitari warrior carrier was hilarious: "What is that...a mechanical spine...seal...it has flippers". 🤣 Seeing this film multiple times, your reactions were genuously fun !!! Great reaction video to a cornerstone film of the MCU. Keep the journey going you two !!!

Trust me when I tell y’all I’d y’all thought this was good the best is yet to come. As a Marvel fan I’m excited to see y’all react to the rest of this journey 😎🙌
I love this movie! It was so fun in the theaters, the idea that they brought together all these characters from different movies and have them all star in this high power film, so unlike anything we had ever seen.
If you are unfamiliar with the Whedonverse of shows but just Firefly, then trust and believe that ensemble shows are his specialty. Definitely watch Buffy, Angel, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and Dollhouse. All great ensemble shows rich with gifted and creative writers who have become memorable rockstars in their verse. This movie is ground breaking in the genre of comic book movies. The MCU and Supernatural are adjacent universes to it. He did the 2nd Avengers movie, but sadly there were too many chefs in the kitchen (studio execs, producers, actors egos) pushing their input into the script and imo made the movie suffer the grandiose effects of the first one. But some good surprises. Welcome to the MCU Fandom...🤗
@@RuntotheMovies Just so you know, "Agents of Shield" picks up with the MCU timeline after the events of "Iron Man 3". In fact, you should watch "Iron Man 3", then "Agents of Shield" episodes 1-7, then "Thor: The Dark World", "Agents of Shield" episodes 8-16, then "Captain America: The Winter Soldier", followed by "Agents of Shield" episodes 17-22. That should take you through Season 1 of "Agents of Shield". The episodes tie in early on with the movies, some more so than others. Unfortunately, the movie division of Marvel wasn't always good with sharing information with the television division. "Agents of Shield" starts a little slow, introducing you to the characters (which are great) and introducing you to the world of Shield (where not everyone is super-powered), but it really hits its stride when you hit episode 16. By the way, Joss and his brother Jed Whedon, are executive producers, along with Jed's wife Maurissa Tancharoen, Jeph Loeb, and Jeffrey Bell. They also did most of the writing.
It's largely believed that Mark Ruffalo replaces Edward Norton as The Hulk here because Norton got himself too involved in the production of his Hulk movie, rewriting parts of the script himself and forcing changes to the story. This seemed to rub Marvel Studios the wrong way. It is understandable from Marvel's perspective, as they had much bigger, wider-ranging plans beyond the Hulk movie, and they needed to maintain control over the story and characters in order keep their plans for a shared cinematic universe from falling apart. So having one of you lead actors stepping in and making a bunch of changes would obviously make that tougher, so they opted not to bring Norton back.
I would tend to agree but I've also read that Norton wouldn't sign a multi-film contract and opted not to return. I think he might have talked about it a bit on Joe Rogan's podcast. Keep in mind that his Hulk film and "Iron Man" were released just a month apart so there was no telling how the MCU films would be received. I like Norton but ultimately I think Ruffalo was a better choice.
By the way, I am a Marvel geek when it comes to the movies. I enjoy most reaction videos. I love going on the journey once again with y'all. Can't wait for the next one!
43:00 They've shown that woman a couple of times.. I know, I'm actually curious what she has to do with... That's Ashley Johnson, who first became known for playing Chrissy Seaver on an old famous '80s family sitcom called Growing Pains. She's probably most famous though for voicing Ellie in the video game series, The Last of Us, as well as having another cameo as Ellie's mom, Anna, in the HBO show adaptation of the game, as well as one of the regular members of Critical Role. Johnson had a small cameo scene here as a waitress waiting on Cap whom he was encouraged to pursue as a potential romantic interest since he's here in the present now and the past is gone. I think the original scene was longer but got cut for time, leaving just the couple shots that were still in.
Ahhhh... MCU with my two favorite Run To The Movies ladies, Tori and Hannah! It's a good day. 🙂 The eye: Wow! For once something awful and grotesque is happening to someone and Hannah doesn't look giddy and happy? 😲 😛 Tori wants none of it, which is normal. 🙂 Loved the zoom on Hannah's "OH MY GOSH!" face. 😀Delightful! I don't know if it was Max the Master or another of his Legion of Editing Excellence, but whoever it is, great job as always! I always loved how Black Widow played with Loki for info just like she did the Russian(?) general at the start. She is just so darn good, and Scarlett plays the role so darn well! Also, I like the hints of the foundation Romanov-Barton relationship ("He was sent to kill me. He made a different call"). Those two are my absolute favorite MCU Avengers. Another great zoom on Toni's "OH MY GOSH!" face at the first Hulk rage-change! Great double zoom on Thor's uppercut to the Hulk! 😀Love the facial expressions! The double zoom for Coulson's death: Yeah, that was how I felt when I saw it too. Coulson was such an awesome character. 😞But great double zoom on the reaction! Agent Hill is so awesome. Just saying. Ladies, I love your worried reaction to Tony's getting battered in the turbine, but as much of a jerk as he'd been so far I just thought that he deserved it. 😀 That was an amazing battle in New York City. They did such a good job making that seem real! I mean, Tony's basically a wealthy California/NY bicoastal dude whose NYC life didn't involve such street-level things as shawarma. Great reaction to an awesome movie!
The original Marvel Avengers comic was in 1963 and the original founding team was Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Antman and the Wasp and the first villain they faced was Loki.
The building in the beginning of the movie that collapsed into the Earth was a high School New Mexico that was getting replaced buy new high School so when marvel studios went to go find a place that could use for that scene they heard about the high school and paid for it to be blowing up for the movie
Thor and Iron are not equal in power, Thor is an Superhuman who’s lived for over 1,500 years and fought in countless battles. Tony is just a man in an Iron suit and like all suits they can be damaged and broken he just so tactically in a fight that makes him a threat. Another example if Hulk would of tried to smash Iron man the same way he tried Thor when he attacked Natasha he would of broken half his suit and crashed threw the floor, unlike Thor he’s strong enough catch Hulks fist.
Not true based on evidence. SPOILERS Tony made Thanos bleed. Thor couldn't even land a punch the first time they fought. Hulk knocked Thor unconscious on Skaar. Tony held his on in Age of Ultron...
@@havok6280 1 Thor was trying to get through to banner he was defending him he only fought back afterwards when he realized Hulk wasn’t been Banner for a few years. 2 As thanks said “ All that for a drop a blood “ 💀😭 therefore Thor was and is stronger than Tony. Let’s not forget he was the only one who came close to killing him and did kill him your evidence proved nothing so I rest my case.

18:16--Yes, u did, ladies. Now ya see..even with armour at 400%, Stark couldn't beat Thor -If Cap hadn't broke 'em up, Thor wouldn've eventually got that Viking battle rage going and overpoweed him ( Like in Avengers #248, #311, #53) 27:27 I Just looked at one my old Thor comics--amazing how much MIddleston resembles Loki--could be twins! 33:54..Harry Dean Stanton as the janitor.(RIP) .A funny, quirky actor in one of his last roles. 38:39 Cap didn't have time to tell the cops he's a US Army Captain and has jurisdictional command over law enforcement 48:21.Exactly what Stan's editor said when he first pitched the idea of the MCU back in 1961....Of course, he had to eat his words later!! Fun reactions to a fun movie!!
A few people have chimed in already but Agents of SHIELD is worth checking out. It takes off right after the Avengers, Joss and Jed Whedon worked on it, and has some of the best storytelling. First season takes a bit to get started but it's definitely worth it! You can also see how underrated it is, check the imdb scores for each season. Definitely worth your time, and there's a ton of people that follow AoS reactions on here so you'll get more viewers :P. Actually on second thought, wait till after Iron Man 3 for one reference if I remember correctly... But the show is definitely up your alleys!
Information arrow???? That is Hawkeye's patented WiFi arrow with its own internal hot spot device. Bwahahaha 😂 Loki's horns on his helmet are comic book accurate. Just check out the cover of Marvel Comics Avengers #1 vol. 1. Published in September of 1963. 😊
Hello lovley Hannah and Tory. Nice to see you again^^ 😁😍 Marvel- movies are not for me, but nice to see you ^^ 😘 Best Greetings from Germany @ all of you 😘
There's a link to the Post-Credits scene reaction at the end of the video as well as in the video description, not just in this video but every one we make.
In a straight up fight between Thor and Iron Man, Thor would take Stark 10 times out of 10. Way stronger and more resilient, Thor never runs out of power and he could rip Iron Man's suit off his body with ease. You saw what he did to the gauntlet.

RDJ adlibbed the “let’s not come in tomorrow” and the Shawarma scene cause during filming he saw a Shawarma restaurant.
27:50 shot for shot callback to Iron Man, with Hulk replacing Monger and Natasha in place of Pepper.
In that area, however, water is a lot less populated, which is what I think he meant.
The waitress you keep seeing is Ashley Johnson who is really known for voicing ellie in the last of us games
Omg, no way! 🤯
don't know if anyone told you.... the young lady in the cafe' that kept showing up.....they focused on her because, in a deleted scene she was waiting on Steve outside that cafe (and showed an interest....but she didn't know who he was). then, she saw him as Captain America after the mask was ripped off and realized...."HE.....is Captain America?!🙂😄 if i remember correctly, Stan Lee was there and encouraged Steve too ask her out.
Not just monkeys, flying monkeys……it’s a throwback to The Wizard of Oz. Generational thing.
Usually I FF through commercials . . . but when it's Hannah, I listen :)
When someone tells you they have a "lo kee" personality, its a good idea to verify if they mean "low key" as in casual and relaxed, or Loki, as in diety of deceit and mischief.
Its good to know what to expect.
Bonus points for the picture of Worf and Troi.
♥️
It actually gets even better from here.
That flying ship is called the hellicarrier
I love it when the plan comes together.
Don't we all 😊❤
This crew was definitely the A Team
"Flying Monkeys" were the henchmen of The Wicked Witch in "The Wizard of Oz" which was a novel and movie released before 1940, and thus how Cap "got that reference" but also explains why Thor didn't. How many movies from Earth do you think he's watched?
I don't think you were realizing the influence of the Scepter winding up the tensions between the members of the team. The earliest signs were the effect on Banner, all his work to avoid becoming the Hulk made him naturally fight it, leading to the signs of a tension headache before the bickering really started.
That tension conversation scene is amazing!
This movie. Still so good! Loved seeing your reactions. It’s like watching it again for the 1st time 🤩
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it just as much as we did 😊
That cop that said why the Hell should I listen to you is from the show Blue Bloods.
Mark is the first actor to play hulk and banner with performance capture and voice work
Paused vid to say: You are SO right about the Hulk's coaster. I'm not a well-travelled expert, or anything, but its my personal favorite.
So many people wonder why Iron Man held on to the missle so long. He had to direct it toward the mother ship.
“Oh my goodness”
“Oh my gosh”
“Oh boy”
Gee willikers
LMAO they would’ve gotten a like out of me but I felt like half the reaction they talked and laughed nd said “ oh my goshhh “ and “ oh my godddd “ like every minute 😭
The Hulk ride does rock.
Trust me when I tell y’all I’d y’all thought this was good the best is yet to come. As a Marvel fan I’m excited to see y’all react to the rest of this journey 😎🙌
We are so excited to continue this journey, it's been amazing so far!
What's your favorite marvel movie? 🎬
Favorite part, cap asks Loki"are you scared of a little lightning?"Loki replies"I,m not fond of what follows".
Thanks so much for watching with us and for your show suggestions.
Avengers came out on my birthday! So fun to watch in theaters. Hulk vs Loki had me and everybody else laughing so hard tears came out!
What a great birthday gift!
Every Avengers film is so well designed with all the MCU characters stories tied together. Phase 1 thru 3 are all bangers.
We can't wait!
Fury may have lied to them about the cards but Coulson would have wanted it
It's largely believed that Mark Ruffalo replaces Edward Norton as The Hulk here because Norton got himself too involved in the production of his Hulk movie, rewriting parts of the script himself and forcing changes to the story.
I don't care how many times I've seen this movie, I will always laugh my ass off when Hulk ragdolls Loki.
Fun Fact: A lot of Natasha's moves are actually real-life wrestling take-downs, just done in quick succession.
That's so cool!
No way, that's absolutely amazing 😊
This is one of my favorite movies from the MCU.
I am really enjoying watching through these with you, it feels very genuine. Thanks! Quicly becoming a favorite MCU reaction.
Thank you so very much for such kind words! ♥️😺
Nah... Thor would've taken Stark apart if he truly wanted to
Clint's USB arrow comes in handy more than you think.
This is marvels golden age of movies. Enjoy the ride!
Tahiti... it's a magical place.
"They've shown that woman a couple if times..."
She was a child actor in the 80s. Famous for Growing Pains.
and she’s famous for playing Ellie in the last of us game
This movie is great but the best is yet to come
We are looking forward to the next movies!
Ahhhh... MCU with my two favorite Run To The Movies ladies, Tori and Hannah! It's a good day. 🙂
The eye: Wow! For once something awful and grotesque is happening to someone and Hannah doesn't look giddy and happy? 😲 😛 Tori wants none of it, which is normal. 🙂
Loved the zoom on Hannah's "OH MY GOSH!" face.
That was an amazing battle in New York City. They did such a good job making that seem real!
I mean, Tony's basically a wealthy California/NY bicoastal dude whose NYC life didn't involve such street-level things as shawarma.
Great reaction to an awesome movie!
Joss whedon is magic. Hannah should watch Buffy
The original Marvel Avengers comic was in 1963 and the original founding team was Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Antman and the Wasp and the first villain they faced was Loki.
Yup comic Loki is a lot more powerful than mcu Loki is portrayed granted hulk and Thor are too but Loki really got the short end in the movies.
Always cracks me up,when knocks thor off to the side.
The building in the beginning of the movie that collapsed into the Earth was a high School New Mexico that was getting replaced buy new high School so when marvel studios went to go find a place that could use for that scene they heard about the high school and paid for it to be blowing up for the movie
So cool!
@@RuntotheMovies yeah a lot of movie studios look for places where they're going to shoot a movie that they can use for a scene where a place blows up
Yes!! so ready for this reaction😂awesome reaction guys just cant wait for more mcu with you guys haha
Thanks so much for watching with us!
Thank you so much 😊 we absolutely can't wait either
Thor and Iron are not equal in power, Thor is an Superhuman who’s lived for over 1,500 years and fought in countless battles. Tony is just a man in an Iron suit and like all suits they can be damaged and broken he just so tactically in a fight that makes him a threat. Another example if Hulk would of tried to smash Iron man the same way he tried Thor when he attacked Natasha he would of broken half his suit and crashed threw the floor, unlike Thor he’s strong enough catch Hulks fist.
Not true based on evidence.
SPOILERS
Tony made Thanos bleed.
@@havok6280what the hell are you talking about??, Thor litterally owned Iron man in the forest, crushed Tony's hand and dented his helmet like a soft paper tissue, he also was beating the hulk up until the grandmaster stopped Thor by activating his obedience disk, Thor was also the only one that put Thanos on his knees with a fully stoned guantlet.
Thor accidentally one shot tony in endgame
Thor isn't a murderer. He could've crushed that suit with a moderate amount of effort.
LOKI IS SUCH A GOOD VILLAIN 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Just to let you know iron man can keep up with Thor for a short time but in the end Thor will most likely come out on top against everybody he faces
True, you could see the damage Iron Man was taking to the gauntlet when Thor was squeezing it
When Tony headbutted Thor nothing Thor headbutted Tony dented his helmet. And the flying metal dragons are called leviathan
The Actress they showed is from the soap The Young And The Restless.
Fun Fact: A lot of the battle was filmed in front of/inside where I work
That is SO COOL! Must have been so much fun!
Thanks so much for watching with us!
I saw Worf and Troi in the background :)
Good eye! It's hard to make out but the picture is signed by Marina Sirtis.
The disrespect Captain gets never really stops but when the $h!t hits the fan,it's always Cap they look to figure out what to do.
godfather of the mcu owned cap so hard that he wanted to throw hands😂😂 comedy
A few people have chimed in already but Agents of SHIELD is worth checking out. It takes off right after the Avengers, Joss and Jed Whedon worked on it, and has some of the best storytelling. First season takes a bit to get started but it's definitely worth it! You can also see how underrated it is, check the imdb scores for each season. Definitely worth your time, and there's a ton of people that follow AoS reactions on here so you'll get more viewers :P.
Actually on second thought, wait till after Iron Man 3 for one reference if I remember correctly... But the show is definitely up your alleys!
Really enjoyed your Avengers reaction Hannah and Tori.
Thank you so much, we totally appreciate it 😊🎬❤
Great movie. Is it just me, or did anyone else notice Hannah seems to have a thing for the Hulk? 🤔😂
Information arrow???? That is Hawkeye's patented WiFi arrow with its own internal hot spot device. Bwahahaha 😂
Loki's horns on his helmet are comic book accurate. Just check out the cover of Marvel Comics Avengers #1 vol. 1. Published in September of 1963. 😊
U ladies make every movie 10 x more fun ❤❤. Just keep making videos and you’ll get to 100k in 2 years 😊
Thanks to u women!
Thank you so much! You're way to kind 😊
Very welcome, Victoria
Every time I watch this now I get "Hawkeye" vibes and watch the buildings for little KB.😉
Hello lovley Hannah and Tory. Nice to see you again^^ 😁😍 Marvel- movies are not for me, but nice to see you ^^ 😘
Best Greetings from Germany @ all of you 😘
Hey! Nice to see you as well 😊
Actually, Tony does NOT live in New York. He lives in Malibu. :D
You just failed to show the most iconic scene. Their formation!
I would follow if y’all included the post credit scenes!
I love all your reactions Hannah. 👍
