U have lack of tail wing . So the air is unstable over the main delta . Hence U get squarely actions make Ur tail wings taller and it will work out . Also look at wing flaps maybe adjust them also .. impressive I love the reversed wings delta look .
Needs more stability perhaps try decreasing the pitch rate so that it is more stable and doesn't lose flow over the wings and lose control
you are completely crazy to do this just in front of a road with cars. ( the airzone architect also)
