Nice pics, but they are not representative of the cities they are talking about at the same time. Actually this video doesn't seem to really know RI at all. And where are the 10 best places? 10 places were not named.
Jamestown is nestled between Block Island and Buzzards Bay? Look at a map and you can clearly see Jamestown or Conanicut Island is between mainland Rhode Island and Aquidneck Island or in Narragansett Bay between east passage and west passage. Buzzards Bay is some 50+ miles away from Jamestown in Massachusetts and Block Island is way out in Block Island sound some 35 miles away, closer to New York than Jamestown.
you can pretty much multiple every dollar amount stated in this video by at least 1.5 if not 2 and they must have used a factor on school quality that is also dated because they missed some towns with of the very best elementary , secondary and high schools schools in the state. Not everyone wants to live in a congested urban environment like Providence and its surrounding towns. The west side of RI is extremely rural . How could they not mention some of the best restaurants on the east coast and a vibrant theater scene , being 1.5 hours from Boston and Cape Cod, 3.5 hours from NYC by car faster by train, last but not least did they even visit Westerly, RI.
There really is no Wayland or Blackstone. There is Wayland Square, and there is Blackstone Blvd area, the homes there are over $1M. There is a Blackstone, MA that borders Woonsocket.
Born and Raised in Warwick. I'll take Warwick over ANY area withing Providence County. Oh and East Greenwich is in KENT COUNTY not a suburb of Providence!!
Average rents r way higher than 1200. Dont move here its exoensive and the landlords/ investors that pretend to be landlords r jerks!!!! Dont move to providence unless you like a lot of noise at night. Basically dont move here unless you r buying a house in a nice community.

The film location accuracy is wrong sometimes.I saw Portsmouth N.H. on the clip. Is this film made edited in India?
