Its a free dlc, takes a minute to install, you get german shepard, alsatain, white poodle, and a pink poodle. The dlc is called "dog breed pack" or something i forgot
It's been a while but it's the Male Mercenary top, I'm not 100% for the bottom half but it might be the Highwayman trousers with Merc boots or Merc trousers with Merc boots.
