Enjoying the United content. I just put together my lazy susan and played the game for the first time yesterday with my nephew/niece. Professor X, Cyclops, and Beast against Juggernaut. Was pretty fun! It came down to the wire with Juggernaut out of cards. On the last 2 hero turns before Juggernaut would win, Professor X played a Leadership card and gave Cyclops 2 fight tokens. Cyclops then played his 2x wild card + fight tokens and absolutely demolished Juggernaut, down for the count! Whew! 😲
Me and my friends battled Apocalypse. the very next card after his starting master plan was horsemen calling and we were all Ko ed the second turn of the game.
Spiral's spell track is really cool, but I don't like that she blocks all special cards - takes some of the fun out of it. I think I'm going to try Sinister next.
Haven't play it yet - good to know I have 9 of them - back core and blue - someone sold me unopened horsemen of apocalypse locally for $32 - so just Sebastian in Gold box missing - anyway core plus SGs gives you a lot - thing is i suppose in past probably safer go all in and sell of less appealing ones - at no monetary loss ( guy was pricing expansions he had left all for same price - shame I missed 2 other big ones )
I have everything for the game and what I find annoying is I feel like some villains they put a lot of thought into and are amazing and some not much thought and or copied other villains.
For Season 2 thats really few like 5 or 6 only? Too bsd its Vulture and Onslaught wasted cool minis. For Season 1, you can definitely complain lolsss. Its almost all of the S1 villains except Kang, S6 and Green Goblin.

yeah there are definitely a few in the stretch goals like that. worse in first Kickstarter by far overall, but heroes aren’t exempt either but again better consistency this time for sure

Man I still haven’t played the top 7 yet.
I still think rhino without the erata is pretty tough especially when he KOs your entire team on turn 1

Chris, do you ever play a villain or hero more than once, or do you usually move on to new villains once you have beat them?

nope! I kinda wish the on,y o e I had gotten was the new playmat.
