Happy Sunday everyone! ❤️ I want to clarify with everyone that although I received a warning letter about a potential furlough in April that doesn't mean it's set in stone. A lot can still happen - I still have hope that I'll be back up in the sky by spring/summer! I hope you all have had a wonderful weekend and no matter happens in the future we're going to take it one day at a time and remain positive. ✈️
Praying 🙏🏻 you go back to flying and you are so amazing strong positive and hope you start working soon BBFLS I love you your POSITIVE vibes also hopping the snow ❄️ melts and sun 🌞 comes out xoxo 😘
Julia, you are so strong in the craziness with your job. I am so proud to see how strong you and Eric are as a team. I love seeing it. Keep your faith strong and pray God will send the blessings. I promise.
My heart goes out to you between the crazy weather you are having and the status of your job. I just love your positive attitude through all of this, Julia
I'm really sorry to hear that. Hope you were all safe in the crazy Texas weather! While lots of snow and single-digit Fahrenheit is normal for me in Canada, I can't imagine the pain to experience this given that the southern US is usually a warmer place.
It was pretty awful here in Texas and luckily for us we didn’t suffer to much from it but many other people did 😢 & thank you! I truly believe I’ll be back flying soon but wanted to let y’all know what’s going on
I know how difficult it has been in Texas without water and power. I am glad to hear that it’s back on. Carolinas had ice storms and no power as well, warmer weather for us this week. I hope you are able to fly soon and that you are not affected by a second furlough. We will hope for the best. Loved watching Luna play in the snow ❄️
Wishing all the FAs for AA the absolute best. Feels so good to be back flying. Got 20 segments lined up for March. Got back with 6 this past week. Can't tell you how much I missed the crews. They make the experience.
Hang in there Julia! We are all hoping that things continue to recover. The snow here in North Texas and the cold was crazy. I’m glad you stayed safe. Your videos are fresh and honest. I’ve said that before. Keep them coming!
Thank you, slowly things are starting to recover - I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! :) Thank you for watching, I couldn't believe the amount of snow we received!
Hope you Eric and Mrs. Luna were safe and ok and got your power back on quickly! That said that is what we go through in Indiana sometimes. Just hope you were able to enjoy the experience will remember this for a long time!
I am so sorry about the crazy winter ❄️ weather in Texas keep safe and careful and be stay warm and so cute seeing Luna play in the snow ❄️ so adorable and you look gorgeous xoxo 😘
Hi Julia, I have been thinking of you and praying for you, Eric, Luna and everyone in Texas. Hopefully, everything is pretty much back to normal for you. Regarding the chance of you being furloughed again, you have the right attitude. Staying positive is always healthy even in situations that you have no control over. On a lighter note, you can never say that your life is boring!🤣 I know that you will be fine no matter what happens as you are intelligent and adaptable. Take care. 🤗❤🛫🙏🌎
Crazy times we live in. I return from furlough tomorrow (same company, different work group) and have received a second WARN notice as well. Prayers for you and for all of us that things turn around quickly.

My little Chiweenie does not like it at all. His little legs sink down until his belly rubs and his little " weenie" freezes. lol I have to shovel snow off of the grass so he can go potty. Since my wife and I are old we have been staying cooped up inside and desperately want to begin traveling again. Keep our fingers crossed you won't need to furlough and get back to flying. Have a good week, be safe. Big hugs from me to you.
I really REALLY hope you don’t get hit with a furlough again 😢. Praying for you Julia. And ohh that winter scenery looks beautiful even if it is unusual for Dallas. Also, it’s crazy to think that a few days ago Dallas was colder than even Boston or Maine! This has been such an unusual winter 🥶!
Thank you, I’m really hoping I don’t either. I’m still feeling hopeful I’ll be back flying in April so we’ll just have to wait & see! 😊✈️ right?! Dallas was SO cold but luckily we’re through the storm now!
Been following the weather that Texas has been having on the news in New Zealand. Find it sad seeing what Texas is going through with the snow and the very cold weather. Stay safe and warm
Wow, I guess just one day at a time about your job.....and so thankful you are all safe there, was thinking of you. I hope it's a better week for everyone this week.
Prayers Julia, that you stay active. Being a FA is a virtual roller coaster, as you know. Hoping the government realizes the significance of our industry. The new administration though, scares me. Keep your positivity and manifest strong that you will be in the air April 1st!
Everything happens for a reason and in the end it'll all be okay! I still have really high hopes we'll be back to flying come April. Heheh Luna is a person to me! lol
We were without power for 30+ hours. When power was restored it went back out 3 hours later for a few hours an then came back on for good only to lose water the next day. Thank goodness they got things fixed quickly but we had to boil water for a few days. Hope you guys weren’t without power or water too long. Keeping you in my prayers you get to fly in April, I know you’ve missed it horribly.
Hello julia. I glad that you are safe after the big storm that hit Texas. I hope that everything works out for you and see you in skies again. Stay safe and strong Julia!.:)
Hi, Julia and happy Sunday.😊. I'll pray for your flight attendants about going back to flying in the spring. So yeah. No matter what happens. Good luck and god bless.😞🙏😊💙💖😎👍
You and Eric, should have had a snowball fight, done snow angels, and built a snowman. Another fun thing is throwing snowballs for your dogs; I'm sure Luna would love it, ( their look when the snowball breaks up, is comical.) Stay safe and woof to Luna, love her new channel.
Hate seeing anyone in any industry losing work, it’s difficult times. As far as the weather... I get it, it’s Texas but good thing y’all didn’t really get a blizzard.
It is a difficult time but we’ll persevere 😊 it might not be a blizzard for most people but the way our state is set up it was just as bad since we (our buildings/houses) aren’t built for it
Hi Julia, I am sorry u got another warning letter. Hopefully things will work out where u will be flying again. Love that you are staying positive about it. Sorry you are dealing with our New England weather in Texas, Can't believe I saw it was Minus 6 there. But glad to see u r safe . At least Luna enjoys the snow. Enjoyed watching Luna play in the snow. Hopefully things will get back to normal there soon. :)
Hi Scott! I am really hopeful that things will work out and we'll be back up in the air soon! It was insane seeing the weather here the past few days, something I'll remember for a lifetime!
My first winter in Dallas, was 2011, when Dallas hosted the Superbowl. The week leading up to SB was sleeting and then snow. There were only two sand trucks for the entire DFW area, and I'm baffled as to why the cities or state didn't learn from that. I live in Plano, and didn't see, nor hear, not ONE sand truck! 😩 I hope you all made it through the week okay! Stay safe and warm!! 🤗
Change of guard. Last week the Netherlands had freezing conditions. Lot of fun for a lot of folks, but i rather enjoyed this warm weekend walking at the beach at about 60-70 F. Not to make you jeleaus ;-) And that for 1400 miles more up north. Weather patterns can be strange on this planet :-) Keep warm down there, and i hope fore the best for you to get back into freezing altitudes, and err warm cabins and layovers.
When I heard that the airline industry was sending out new potential layoff notices, my heart about stopped. Sure hope it all works out well for y’all!! ❤️🙏 By the way, that breakfast sandwich looked amazing!!
Canadian here, cant wait to be able to travel again. For now I will travel through your channel in past videos for now! New subscriber, great videos! I cant wait for everything to be back to normal for everyone, well i hope it goes back to normal!
Let’s hope with ppl getting vaccinated that things will pick up and you will be flying again. ✈️. Dogs really do love snow. They really get frisky. So stay healthy and safe and be careful of the black ice (that’s what happens when ice or snow melts and then refreezes particularly on roads).
Thankfully we didn’t have much black ice near us! It was really scary but we’re through it now - hoping there won’t be another furlough either! Thanks for watching 🙂
Was wondering how you were doing there in Texas. Looks like Luna is the only one really enjoying the weather. Hope don’t have any broken pipes. I left Arkansas a couple of days before it hit. Back in Arizona, 71 degrees today. I’m sure you’ll be flying again one of these days. Your much to good an employee to leave on the sidelines. Praying for you all. Stay safe
JJ Besides being a flight attendant your other passion in life is gymnastics. Go to school and get your license to become a high school and college gymnastics judge. You'll be able to earn an additional income in case you get furloughed. Think about how much fun you'll have working as an official at all the gymnastic tournaments. Give it a try. 🐶🐨
Fingers and toes crossed for you Julia, and all your colleagues. This has got to be mind numbing. Add to that what's been going on in your state regarding the weather. Looks beautiful (Luna doesn't seem to mind :)) but I know it's so dangerous and caused a horrible catastrophe. As usual, your attitude shines :)
Thank you Scott! I have faith I’ll be back up in the air soon, just gotta take it one day at a time! ✈️ the snow was BEAUTIFUL but also dangerous, hehe Luna did certainly love it though!
Hope your both ok 🤔. seen footage of texas and other areas on tv. That Ice / snow storm was awful thinking of everyone in those awful condition s You still have to boil your water ? ( we had freezing temperatures over here -15 or more at night and snow - 5 during the day . Last weekend ). Its now +. 15 and will go to + 18 this week its just crazy weather for February in Europe 🤦♀️) 🙏🙏🙏🙏you get back in to the Air very soon 🥰. Wow the view at the end. Beautiful .
We are finally able to drink our water and use it as normal - luckily the storm didn't impact us too harshly :) Ahhh gosh that is SO cold, idk if I could live in weather that frigid! Thank you for watching.
a stressful situation for sure. i get a bit discouraged at times with all this virus drama but another part of me thinks , it looks very vague at times but someday, maybe around fall, this will all be much better, i will keep whistling in the dark til then.
I Feel Ya....in hospitality, been waiting a while and expecting a reprieve on April 3. Due to a lot of factors, who knows. Especially in NYC. Do you think 🤔 your Airline will make the vaccine Mandatory for you to fly in the near future?
Fingers crossed that you don’t get furloughed again. This has to be a frustrating time for you, and here I thought things were going to be picking up with the airline industry here soon.
i hope all goes well and i pray that everyone is okay during this crazy snovid (snow and covid) but remember we are #TexasStrong and we can and will come back stonger and better
Never knew it could snow that much in Texas...I am sure travel will be back in a big way...very soon..they expect a big spring break here in Clearwater....
Hahaha that maybe true but our state wasn’t ready for it, neither were the people. Peoples houses are literally flooding and some people have been out of power for 5+ days plus all grocery stores had to close etc. it was a mess and something I’ll never forget that’s for sure! Stay safe ❄️
I’m in San Antonio and we had no power for over 2 almost 3 days, the first 2 nights were so cold my house was in the 30’s, so we left , I could NOT take it!!! My daughter still had power and water so we went there and shared her house with 6 others!!
We've had a really cold/snowy/icy spell here in MD this past week. It's cold today but sunny at least. It must be weird seeing that much snow in Texas? How did Luna handle it? She must have been a little confused at the white stuff 🙂
Fingers crossed that everything works out fine for you, Julia! Also, I have a question for you - I know your airline operates the 737 MAX, how do you feel about flying on it now that it's re-certified?
Good video. Of the original 8,000 FA's furloughed, I wonder how many didn't come back with the current recall because of a new job, new career, or just saying "you-know-what" it? Did your company refund your training bond after the first furlough? Or, do they still have it?
Our company hosts our annual training and we are paid for it too! 🙂 I’m not sure how many have taken leaves/quit yet, will potentially know in March and have a better idea where that puts me!
@@JettingJulia My long-ago Ground School instructor got hired by a long-since defunct "commuter" carrier and had to pay a $20K training bond. During the training, the company went Chapter 11, then Chapter 7. And, he lost every dime of it. He had to go back to flight instructing people like me and driving a Zamboni at an ice skating rink. He was one of the finest pilots I ever met. As much as he was born to fly, he was born to teach the art of flying.
@@JettingJulia Stay safe in Texas Julia. I spoke with a friend of mine the other night who lives in Dallas and him and his family are doing are fine thankfully 🙏🏻
The traffic at EWR has really picked up,especially in the wee small hours of the morning.I can see them coming in for a landing from my living room window.BTW-Did you hear that story about one your pilots seeing a UFO flying above his plane?
Than you for the info. Great vlog as always. Heads will be rolling in this scandale. No power, no water and Ted flying south of the border and blames his girls. Good job!

I was wondering, what's the music you've used as your intro in other videos? it's quite catchy.
I said a prayer for you that you will not be furloughed again
Playing in da snow was so much fun 🐶☃️
Yes!! I have a puppy around your age and he LOVES the snow!! But snow is a rare treat for you in Texas, isn’t it?
Watching Luna run in the snow brought pure happiness to my ❤!
Thank you Luna!!
My Gracie's favorite game is "snowball" if you come to Mass. she will teach you the game. Of course she gets lots of snow.

This is one of the things I love most about being a pilot. Flying 3 or 4 hours in any direction yields completely different conditions.
That’s awesome! I bet you have seen some amazing scenery from up there! ✈️

We are finally able to drink our water and use it as normal - luckily the storm didn't impact us too harshly :) Ahhh gosh that is SO cold, idk if I could live in weather that frigid! Thank you for watching.
I do hope you, Eric and Luna are doing okay.
Thank you, we are doing well!! 🙂
a stressful situation for sure. i get a bit discouraged at times with all this virus drama but another part of me thinks , it looks very vague at times but someday, maybe around fall, this will all be much better, i will keep whistling in the dark til then.
Has to be a stressful time for you hope things works out for you and get back flying.
Thank you, it's stressful but we're all trying to remain positive!
Flying on April 1st! Pandemic-Stimulus Bill will have been signed, sealed and in play. You will be back. Think positive!
Thank you Gary! I am thinking positively and praying every day!
I Feel Ya....in hospitality, been waiting a while and expecting a reprieve on April 3. Due to a lot of factors, who knows. Especially in NYC. Do you think 🤔 your Airline will make the vaccine Mandatory for you to fly in the near future?
I have been thinking about you, kat, and ale with all of this crazy weather ❤️
Thank you!! ❤️ we are powering through but it’s definitely been rough for a lot of families out here.
You don’t need beauty supplement. You are naturally beautiful
Fingers crossed that you don’t get furloughed again. This has to be a frustrating time for you, and here I thought things were going to be picking up with the airline industry here soon.
My fingers are crossed - I'm still feeling hopeful! I think by summer things will continue to pick up even more
We got that snowstorm a few days after you did. I live in south east PA. Near Philly.
Brrrr stay warm and safe!
i hope all goes well and i pray that everyone is okay during this crazy snovid (snow and covid) but remember we are #TexasStrong and we can and will come back stonger and better
#TexasStrong!!
Never knew it could snow that much in Texas...I am sure travel will be back in a big way...very soon..they expect a big spring break here in Clearwater....
prayers for the aviation industry
Thank you! ❤️
Luna having fun in the snow😁
She absolutely LOVED it! lol
love ya julia but you dont what blizzard is, I live in Connecticut and WE Have monster snows, but I feel your pain and be safe.
Hahaha that maybe true but our state wasn’t ready for it, neither were the people. Peoples houses are literally flooding and some people have been out of power for 5+ days plus all grocery stores had to close etc. it was a mess and something I’ll never forget that’s for sure! Stay safe ❄️
Hang in there, you’re going to be fine
One day at a time your seniority will accrue!!!
Thank you and yes it will!
@@JettingJulia you’re welcome.
I remember when I was new in 91, I’ll have 30 years, later on this year, all with AA Bos Ramp .
Sending best wishes, hopefully you’ll be flying soon!
Thank you, I have faith that I will be! 🤗✈️
I’m in San Antonio and we had no power for over 2 almost 3 days, the first 2 nights were so cold my house was in the 30’s, so we left , I could NOT take it!!! My daughter still had power and water so we went there and shared her house with 6 others!!
Oh my gosh that is AWFUL! Hopefully everyone is home now and warm. Glad yall could go to your daughters house!
We've had a really cold/snowy/icy spell here in MD this past week. It's cold today but sunny at least. It must be weird seeing that much snow in Texas? How did Luna handle it? She must have been a little confused at the white stuff 🙂
It was SO weird seeing snow here! Luna loved it, she didn't wanna come inside! hahaha she's seen plenty of snow in Colorado before though
Fingers crossed that everything works out fine for you, Julia! Also, I have a question for you - I know your airline operates the 737 MAX, how do you feel about flying on it now that it's re-certified?
Thank you! Honestly I feel fine with it, no other aircraft had gone under such intense testing to be re certified and I trust the FAA + our pilots ✈️
That's good to hear :) When the people who work on the plane are confident in it, that makes me feel better about it too. Thanks for answering!
Good luck Julia...always tough when your work is up in the air....ooops.... Luna plays in any weather....
Thank you, hehehe Luna will play in any weather 😂
Grazie Giulia, another interesting video... Thanks !
Thank you for watching as always! 🙂
Hoping the best for you, JJ. Hi Luna!
Thank you so much! Haha Luna says hi back! 🤗🐶
Hang in there. Sooner or later you'll be flying again.
Thank you & yes I will be! ✈️
I love your hair in the morning hot welcome to Canada Julia just alot colder stay safe and warm thinking of all you Texans our fellow oil friends ❤️
Hope you can start flying again soon!
Thank you, I really hope I can soon too! ✈️
Hang in there Julia!
Thank you Andrew! 🙂
Luna has four wheel drive, so no problem for her.
Hahaha no problems for miss Luna!
hope things start to improve soon. and i hope things warm up in Texas soon. seen the pics from the UK and its a odd sight :D
It is such an off sight! Something I never though I’d see 😂❄️
Happy Sunday!
Happy Sunday! Hope you’ve had a great weekend 😃
@@JettingJulia Stay safe in Texas Julia. I spoke with a friend of mine the other night who lives in Dallas and him and his family are doing are fine thankfully 🙏🏻
Keep your faith in God and continue doing these videos. All the best.
It’s all up to Him, thank you for watching! 🙂
Airline travel is picking up quite a bit but it's all leisure travel, with not enough corporate J fliers, and few international destinations open.
Slowly but surely we'll hopefully get back there!
The UK is not built for snow either Julia,an inch is enough to cause chaos on the roads 😩
It was insane and so sad to see how everything happened here because of the snow, luckily we are through the storm now!
Good job!
I pray everything goes well n continue to be safe
You're videos are awesome Julia! Every time I watch your videos, I think to myself, "How does a guy get such beautiful and sweet woman like yourself?"
*correction: the first word should be "Your".
I was wondering about you two and this weather, stay safe !
Thanks, you too!
I love the snow and cold weather but I don't like icy roads and power outages. By the way you have beautiful hair
You will be fine.
Great video as always, greetings from Skopje, Europe!
Thank you so much! I’ve never heard of Skopje, another place to add to my bucket list 😊
@@JettingJulia it is the capital of North Macedonia, the Balkan is deffinitely someting you need to visit!!!
Take care Julia
Thank you Sam, I hope you take care as well!
