@pacman3556 It's absolutely relevant!.. your words.. "still need provincial and federal funding" so yes.. my tax dollars cover roads and hwys that I will never use. And they seem to always go to Toronto because they don't pay enough taxes themselves and and are too soft to accept toll hwys.

Its so frustrating how society is always against the workers but has no problem with the CEO giving himself massive raises year after year. No wonder we are in the shape we are as a country. Pathetic!
This is beyond affordability. We have been telling struggling canadians that their curcumstances were their fault for decades. This is what we get for our denigration.
Might as well shutdown every business in the downtown if this strike happens, even commuting by car would be futile with the Gardiner construction and all the streets in the downtown core.
The reason my streetcar is 25 minutes late is because they’re at a table
Lol bankrupt TTC wants more money from bankrupt city.
Just fire them and hire new cheaper labor
Wow. How long do you think that would take? Maybe the CEO doesn't need that 18% raise.
Nothing will happen. They would reach an agreement at the last minute or force them back to work
We need to privatize it.

Automate the whole thing.

It’s always against the public!
Because the workers are the ones that are keeping things going. Why shouldn’t they get high pay and better benefits.
Maybe because the CEO is the brains of the enterprise? Anyone can be a worker but not everyone can be a boss.
