When that Stay asked if they should starve themselves to lose weight, I love how SKZ all answered firmly that they should NEVER starve themselves to lose weight. It means they don't do it either and that they care about they own diet and their health and this makes me very happy, because this industry makes a lot of idols think that they should starve themselves etc... I'm really happy that SKZ are firmly against it and that give alternative advice to that Stay, being a good example too. SKZ are always amazing ❤
Yes, im glad too but the k pop industry has quite many rules and sadly dieting and body image is a huge part of that. Even though skz is againsy dieting, im pretty sure that there were many companh mandated diets. Plus we know that lic also has some sort of ED from this.Its similar to yeonjun from txt- who also has to go on many diets.I feel really bad for them that they have to keep a strong front amongst these hardships

As a stay, that’s a guy… 🙋🏻♂️ I find this episode very comforting and very insightful. Especially for a beginner that’s trying to start lifting And feels very insecure about going to the gym especially using weights around other guys and stuff. I learned a lot in this episode and I’m very grateful and appreciative that changbin took his time and really well thought out everything! I’m so proud of him! I hope he starts making separate videos of work-outs routines someday. That would be very cool. You can tell that he’s very passionate about staying healthy and being in good shape.
