It's not. This is "dusk" skybox from retail Half-Life, which is used, for example, in "We've got hostiles!" chapter.
The only new skybox in this mod is in the final map.

I also love these types of Half Life mods, where they try to expand on the Black Mesa stories. Because they give a greater immersion, more liveliness, it enriches the Half-Life story more. Not to mention that the best setting for this Half-Life/Portal universe is at the Black Mesa Laboratory Research Complex and its surroundings :D 💕😍❤💖
