Jenna, you and you alone motivated me to start running again. I used to run in high school and college but once I started working full time, I didn’t run as much and then once I got my puppy I stopped altogether. Your running content, work life balance content, and puppy balance content motivated me to put in the effort and make my cardio health a priority. While it’s sad starting from the very beginning all over again (literally training just to run 30 minutes straight 🥲) I’m already seeing progress and my goal is to run a 10k. 🌙🌙

As a result I was burnt out and actually lost some of my time because I couldn’t carry it over. I decided two years ago to take time off every month, even if it’s just 4 hrs. It has been extremely beneficial for my physical and mental health.
I saw a couple of those puppy comments... just ignore the haters. I love the puppy content! ❤ Also just want to say I remember the puppy stage and omg it was so much work. We had to take our puppy out like every 1-2 hours for weeks. It's exhausting but so worth it!

First off - I'll take the puppy content any day, all day!! However, I do choose to believe that the people who criticize when a creator's content changes are people that were inspired by you to show up in their own life every day based on the content you were previously providing. Change is hard for some people - especially people that don't have inspiration in their life and found someone that inspired them. Is this your responsibility - no - absolutely not! Just a different way to think about criticism sometimes. It might just be the only way they know how to tell you - the change you have made is hard for them.
I completely get that a change in my life and showcasing it feels like a change to my audience too. And change is definitely hard so this was really insightful and another way to look at it. I just hope that I would receive the same support that I would give other creators who have to experience the changes they’re showing. Thank you for providing that insight💖

Non dog owner here so... do you train the dog to sit and leave you alone or do they automatically do that?

But you can train a dog to sit and stay on their crate for example
