- Hi Metal Brothers & Sisters, here is a MANOWAR song we covered in the studio during the recording sessions for our second album "TIDES OF WAR" which will be released on April 19th 2013 by Metal On Metal Records... Enjoy!
The song was composed by Joey DeMaio and originally released on Manowar's "Warriors of the World" album (2002, Nuclear Blast Records).

@Shiny Torchic I don’t think it’s ‘better’ than the original. It’s a very good cover in its own right. I certainly don’t have the ‘boomer’ mentality.
@Shiny Torchic Eric Adams from Manowar is one of the best vocalists in metal. Without the original version, you wouldn’t have this cover. It’s like saying a copy of the Mona Lisa is better than the original. Cover songs pay tribute to the original songs, they don’t intend to be ‘better’. To say that the Feuerschwanz vocals are better than Manowar sounds exactly like something a ‘boomer’ would say!
This is the best cover of this song I think I've ever heard!

Unfortunately the guitars sound like shit on the original by Manowar. This sounds much better, especially the bass.
