What dGPU are you pairing with the 8700G?

The 3060 is much faster than a 8700G iGPU (780M), so the iGPU would be inactive. But the 8700G CPU is much faster than the 4790K and the gaming experience will def. improve.
Better go for 7700x or 7800x3d
Oh man, the days of the a10-7850k and a12-9800 days. How far things have come! And now with better upscalers and especially framegen coming to APUs all those gains will hopefully be replicated even faster this time around.

Awesome video! Thank you for testing all these games! The 780M is truly impressive. But I think I can hold off buying a new gaming laptop a little while longer. Really looking forward to see what the Ryzen 8000 "Strix Point" will be able to deliver, later this year.

Yeah absolutely, this test was done in 6400Mhz ram and it could be better with higher Ram speeds

Anno runs great on these processors and the 780m - it's a CPU bound game that's got some years on it...
this is crazy an apu this much powerful, amd is surely gonna make some money with this, UNLESS nvidia start acting merciful towards its consumers and make their gpu's more affordable.
Nah, you can't beat this, cause you're getting a gpu and cpu for the price of a budget gpu, and this basically is a budget gpu
