Chelsea were already found to be in breach of FFP at the end of last season, so how they can spend money like they have, I dont understand... Isak has already said he wants to stay at Newcastle, and one of Chelsea's issues has been having too many players and so players arent getting proper development and playing minutes. So, why would someone like Isak go?

If i'm honest i think if we can get £25-£40 M for Minty it's a good deal because he's untested in the Prem and he could be a flop or a big hit but too uncertain.

If money towards the stadium and training ground doesn't affect your transfer money then how can they filter in the money from the sale of the hotel which is effectively part of the stadium, but what will happen is the FA will close the loophole after Chelsea have pocketed the profits and used it on players so no one else can use it.
The longer it goes on the more bs PSR is, the sillly loophole behaviour isn't cynical but just reflects the fact this crap shouldn't be there
A lot are questioning how can Chelsea have some much money, I wonder too, the owners had to borrow money from the Banks, and try and a get a group of investors together, I remember Lewis Hamilton name mentioned, they have no European football for two seasons, struggled to get a shirt sponsor, smaller ground than us, based in a multipule split city for fan revenue, not a great deal of world wide exposure, yet they can throw Billions around like it was confetti, the whole thing smells.

Dont think its down to fan channels. It was reported in the media that a Premier League club had whinged about the 'swap' deals because they were being used as a loophole to PSR, and that they were going to look at trying to get the rules tightened up. That would require the League to vote on it, though.

150m you've got to take it, it helps ffp and we could sign 3 very good players with the money. Overall a new ST, RW, CB would have a bigger impact on the team and league position than isak imo
