Great review of the Horseshoe.The rooms look similar to the smaller room I had in 2021. It looks like they expanded the casino area and added more arcade games. The hotel food court looks pretty much the same. I like the new carpet and all the new restaurants. I saw mixed reviews of the Steakhouse. But, all of your food looked delicious. Glad you both enjoyed your meal and had great service.

I saw the dessert lineup you got at Jack Binion’s steakhouse. Those looked absolutely delicious, and I want to try them all, but not going to lie, I could feel my blood sugar rising just looking at those massive desserts.
I used to love baked potatoes with loads of sour cream but now it has become a texture problem where the potato has to stay lumpy for me to be able to eat it. I will still put all the toppings just not mixed in so well that it becomes a purée.

I have enjoyed most of your videos, but THIS meal was overpriced and pretentious. Spending $300 for this overblown and gaudy meal was just silly. The shrimp cocktail was pretentious. I can’t relate to you any more. You guys are just burning your money.
Keep in mind they got the desserts free of charge so they would add $75 or something to the bill.🙄 Keep in mind they can write this off their taxes as a business expense which most folks can’t. Too pricey for me

Wow Horseshoe Hotel Las Vegas built in 1953 remodeled Hotel Apt. wonderful!!! You're right Lisa I love history. Yes it's dated brought back to 2024 standards. Jack Binions Steakhouse I've heard of. Really great historic steakhouse for Las Vegas. Bill your steak looked juicy and flavorful not dry!!! The ginormous potato was great all the toppings I would want! Lisa your salmon was so appetizing not a fan of artichokes but those look like I could enjoy. The ginormous desserts! My favorites 5-layer chocolate cake, the banana cream pie, and the strawberry cheesecake. You can have the leftovers for the Hotel apt. Fridge if you want to stay for a wk!!! Love Martin Yan. Hi Guys! So happy you reviewed our favorite hotel and steakhouse. I know who Javier is and he's great. Tony and Hugo have been there since it was Bally's steakhouse, then BLT and now Binions. Javier has been there forever also. Best service ever from these guys. We love the food at the steakhouse. The NY strip and baked potato are our favs too. We also love the carpet. M.Y. Asia is now open and we want to try that. We understand that there is still a little room next to the Asia restaurant and we'd love to have a coffee shop put in there. There is no place for family/friends to enjoy a nice breakfast or lunch. Many hotels are doing away with them. Guy Fieri's is opening this summer here, so that will be another option. Of course you can't go wrong with the location. We love the rooms, agreeing they are needing a little update, but they're clean and very comfortable. Thanks so much for reviewing it. They've done a good job on the renovations. We keep hoping to run into you two, but keep missing you. We'll be back soon.

I was working at a place called the Maxim during the early 80's when the old MGM Grand caught on fire and was walking to the bus stop when the place was burning it was devastating, it truly was.
That big open space in your room is for the hardcore gamblers, who have lost their mortgage payment at the crap tables. When we come back to the room we curl up in the fetal position and cry in that spot. Lol, been there and done that. The food looks great, I can't wait to try it. TY, :)

Great video of my city's better seafood establishments and this is coming from someone that frequents these establishments. Thank you for gracing our city with your visit and valuable insights. My only regret is not running into you guys during your stay. I hope you return to San Francisco to try my favorite seafood restaurant Tadich Grill which incidentally is the city's oldest restaurant opened back in the gold rush. You might want to try Tony's for pizza and Original Joe's for Italian on a future visit. Thanks again for another great video blog. The opening ad of the movie Chevalier was outstanding as well.

Hawaii resident had bad experience staying at Horseshoe. I would not dare going to Horseshoe. You had good experience, coz maybe they know you’re RUclips blogger.
I use to gamble at the Horseshoe decades ago when the founder of Binion's was alive, Benny. He created the best gambling environment at his casino than any of the casinos in the city of Las Vegas. The place was the only house in Vegas that would match any bet, Benny, took care of the customer, the place also had 50, cent Heineken for those just sitting at the bar drinking.

I hear lots of good things when this place is featured about their food! 😅I’m not a big steak eater but if the meat is aged for 28 days well it seems worth a try…I’m ordering the giant shrimp cocktail!😊Hot horseradish…yum! A place with a lot of history but isn’t it a testament that their longevity speaks for itself! I know Vegas is changing a lot these days but I hope places like these stay around for a long time. Shrimp cocktail, lobster bisque and I want that salmon Lisa had!😮OMG! That baked potato was ginormous!!! Kudos to the Chef! Now that’s a cheesecake where you taste the cheese…😂thanks for sharing more Vegas eats to add to my list!

Horseradish doesn’t go on jumbo shrimp. Ballys sounds cooler than horseshoe . Was that Marroon 5 ? The bisque looks good. Steak and salmon and dessert . Another 200 buck meal?

I use to gamble at the Horseshoe decades ago when the founder of Binion's was alive, Benny. He created the best gambling environment at his casino than any of the casinos in the city of Las Vegas. The place was the only house in Vegas that would match any bet, Benny, took care of the customer, the place also had 50, cent Heineken for those just sitting at the bar drinking.

I hear lots of good things when this place is featured about their food! 😅I’m not a big steak eater but if the meat is aged for 28 days well it seems worth a try…I’m ordering the giant shrimp cocktail!😊Hot horseradish…yum! A place with a lot of history but isn’t it a testament that their longevity speaks for itself! I know Vegas is changing a lot these days but I hope places like these stay around for a long time. Shrimp cocktail, lobster bisque and I want that salmon Lisa had!😮OMG! That baked potato was ginormous!!! Kudos to the Chef! Now that’s a cheesecake where you taste the cheese…😂thanks for sharing more Vegas eats to add to my list!

I remember Binion and the Horseshoe from way back in 1953. It was my lasting memory of my first trip to Las Vegas along with the Golden Nugget.
