Glad you did an update at Horseshoe! Always found Bally’s clean, reasonably priced and convenient…nice to see some remodeling and updating going on. One thing I really like about their set-up is that most of the food offerings aren’t on the casino floor….more peaceful to ear away from the noise and smoke! Thanks!
I've stayed there twice. The first time was in March of 2022, and the 2nd time was just this past April. I really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to your reviews of the other hotels.
Just now watching this. I just booked this hotel. Cautiously optimistic. I canceled Flamingo and staying at Horseshoe for my big Vegas Trip next week. Really excited. I put in for a Sphere view room so hoping I can get that! :) 👍
The two exhibits downstairs have a great deal if you buy tickets for both. Also, one of the best features of Horseshoe other than the price, location and the bizarre is that connection to Paris. It just give so many more options and makes the hotel feel twice as big and like you are partially staying in Paris. The Extravaganza show is actually pretty fun!
This is one of the hotels that I've never gone inside when I was in Vegas. So, thanks for the tour of the place. It's not the type of hotel that I would stay at but it's nice to see what it looks like inside.
I would’ve never stayed at this property either if i wasn’t a poker player and it wasn’t for the convenience of being the new host location of the WSOP. I stayed there last year and without being impressed it was pretty comfortable and has more than enough if you don’t wanna go fancy.
Thanks for the walk thru of the eats outside as well as inside the hotel and detailed review of the room. Very visually helpful! I know this was a review of the Horseshoe but I’m curious about what they have in the space between this hotel and Paris
I stay at Horseshoe everytime I go to Vegas and I never knew it had all that extra stuff I always just got straight to my room 😂 I need to explore more
I swear the last time I stayed in the jublilee tower the toilet seat did that to me too! While I've always loved staying at Bally's/Horseshoe, I can't wait to see the jubilee tower remodel in the Paris Versailles tower. Horseshoe rates were always good. I hope it's not going to get jacked up now.
Im going to vegas in September with family members from overseas. I booked Caesars 4 rooms for $2374/3 nights but cancel bc im looking fir something cheaper so looking at this hotel. Glad you are reviewing this place
Horseshoe has a great location with plenty of restaurants and proximity to the Miracle Mile (I prefer ABC Stores because of their small line). I think the only thing that gives me pause is the location of the pool because it the monorail overlooks it. But if the price is right I would definitely give Horseshoe a shot!
horseshoe was 99 a night including final fees and taxes. w 4 of us staying it comes out to 24 per. that price is unbeatable (well excalibur beats it but for a reason)
Thanks Jay, always enjoy your hotel reviews! Although it's not high on my place to stay I do believe the Horseshoe offers great value purely for it's location on the strip which is almost perfectly central. I also love that the World Series of Poker is there now and they have their own poker room in contrast with some of the other more modest hotels who closed theirs.
Hey Jay we love Ballys/Horseshoe! Stayed in November as they were changing the carpets. Disappointed you did not review/show the Keno lounge best part of Ballys. Love sitting there getting drinks the gals that work there been there forever. I've won $1200 a few times playing Dimes...100 games for $10! Heading to Vegas for super bowl staying @ Paris watching the game @ the Stadium 🏟
Thanks for the review! The price for the room was decent. That middle eastern wrap looked good. Was there a decent amount of meat in there. I've seen you spend more for a beer or drink. so it's all relative. Have a great rest of your trip!

I think I got bed bugs here when I stayed in May 2023. Took a three hour nap in the room and woke up to 20+ bites. They said they did an investigation in a letter I got three weeks later but low key sussed out since the risk management office never picked up the phone even though the letter stated that I could call them with any concerns. Also the letter is riddled with typos and there are other reviews where people legit found bed bugs/captured them but the room tested "negative" for bed bugs. All in all, if you had a good experience here I'm jealous because the rooms seem value, but now I'm spending 2k+ to treat my apartment for bedbugs on a 50 dollar room. Probs wouldn't risk it tho since it's the internet claims it's the second worst hotel in Las Vegas for bed bugs lmao

They'll have someone, usually from security, come by and open it/set it up so you can use it.
Thanks, I was wondering what the status of the rebrand was over there. I saw that rooms were low cost during the week and always thought about trying a stay there. Might actually have to do it soon. We might have to try and stay at the Mirage before they completely redo that.
