So tip for doing your bottom stationary knives this is coming from 30 years of working on Heston/ madey balers pull all the shims out of the stationary knives in the chamber. If your stuffer is timed correctly the lives should be doing little to no cutting. Also not sure who's you are pulling the plunger but I have always pulled the back of the bale chamber off. It's 12 half inch carriage bolts makes life easier getting that plunger in and out.
