One thing I’ve learned when it comes to folding mixtures that contain butter. I run very cold water over my hands first. It helps to lower my skin temperature to help prevent melted butter. I’ll use a ice water bath if I need to chill my hands multiple times.
I can't wait to try this! I have a great Cranberry Scone recipe that I really love and this one looks like a second scone that will mix well with my other one!
I absolutely love coming to your channel. Every time I follow your recipes they always, and I do mean always, come out amazing. Thank you for all the great treats ❤️👍🏻

Hello Sam & all. I just made these now & not sure if they are supposed to be this dry. I mean, I needed to have a sip of something with every bite! ( I should have had Milk but was having sparkling water at that time ) Not going to make these anymore. Or maybe there was something I missed. Thank you.
Hi Louise Mc here. I think there may be a butter measurement boo boo! Video says 1 cup butter. Recipe listed says 1/2 cup. Video looks like 1/2 cup though. I may be wrong!! Looks amazing. Thanks

Looks great! Why do you prefer natural over Dutch process cocoa?
I never heard of scones, What's scones?
Didn't she say 1 c. of butter? She only put in 1/2 c.
You’re right. Good catch. However, I did check her blog where the written recipe is posted and it is correct on there.
I hope that gets fixed, people are gonna get frustrated
Probably meant to say 1 stick of 🧈
You're right...I meant 1 stick 🤦🏼♀️ It is correct in the written recipe 😊
