A tip for your plasma table: lower your water level a little lower. Like 3/4” below the top of your grates. It will still splash up and cool your parts and trap all of the plasma dust, that way you don’t have as much splashing. Also, if you haven’t already, cut in a drain to store your water in a water tank. It will help with moisture in your shop and your green cut additive will last much longer. Love your videos.
I would like to say great job on this buggy. It has always been a dream as a kid to have one just like this, they use to race them with 250 cc back in the 80’s and I thought they were the coolest but never had a buggy of any kind, maybe a side by side here soon if lucky I am in my early 60’s so have a little time left
You might consider a single hard line for the coolant instead of the factory Y. I feel like it's gonna hold an air pocket and cause overheating issues. Not to say anything bad. Love your videos
Is the engine going to be starved for oil with the oil tank being below the engine? On the bike the tank is in the top tube above the engine I think. The way it is now the oil pump will have to prime it's self the first time you start it and should be fine after that hopefully since this is an expensive engine if it were to go bang. I like it and this will be fun to rip on.
How are you, sir? I have a question for you. I hope you can help me my 420 predator the crankshaft went out. Can you tell me where I can get a crankshaft please thank you. Have a blessed day.
I use Venhill Cable Supply and build all my cables. Check them out, I built all of my cables for my Kawasaki Teryx 750. Amazing company and great customer service.

Great job as always! " Gonna romp it hard" that's what I'm talking about!

You’re a mad genius. Coming to your house when the zombie 🧟♀️ apocalypse happens lol 😂
Hi RB! I keep looking for a video showing how you modified the Duromax 999cc V-twin. Have I missed something?
They have cable caps for lack of a better term that are made of aluminum.
You just crimp them on the end of the cable.
I have a few of them but its always hard finding the right sizes for multiple cables. Just found this is faster for me.
@@RedBeardsGarage How did you attach the cables together?

I have a weird feeling this is just going to be under powered
