Mine charges and it has full power and everything electronically appears to function. The issue is that no power is at the clamps. So it can't jumpstart. Even with the boost pressed.
Thats how a diode supose to wprk only one direction

😂😂😂 a diode only has continuity 1 way, thats what a diode dose!! Its basicly a check valve for electricity 😂😂😂
