    Before the panthers were active we can't forget Robert F. Williams who pre dated the BPP for self defense.

      @@dmr2812 Right On! And the sad part about it is that the negro bourgeoisie went after him because of the stance he took which was the correct one. MLK led the charge but when he visited robert williams' neck of the woods he had armed dudes guarding the residence where he stayed and then an arsenal inside the house. Ain't that the pot calling the kettle black. The urban league's leader whitney young hated robert williams.

    Does Dr. Horne use Ubuntu?! There is a big ol' Ubuntu book in his bookshelf

    • @OneOopsimath
      @OneOopsimath 4 дня назад +1

      Don’t think it’s that Ubuntu! But check out the (southern?) African philosophy, if interested. Roughly about seeing the individual only as part of interconnected humanity. A kind of oneness. “I am because we are.”

    I'm sorry Gerald but so called Black people really have no allies, especially today. I think the issue was the commuinst internationally focused on class, when So called Black Americans faced a class, economic, and racist struggle, a fact many white communist seemed to not understand. Black American struggles aren't just economically then or now, but dealing in a system that was designed to marginalize and destroy us from the beginning, that's something many white communist throughout history seem to not grasp.

    I say this often that the Black man in particularly will continue to lose at everything and everywhere until The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad is placed in his rightful place in the beautiful Black struggle in america - The NOI has been an example for Black self determination and Black self sufficiency for almost a century now -

    • @brothaawakener3339

      @michaeltee4275 you are incorrect - The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad stated that if you had a Black woman you had a million dollars - most of his work was directed at the Black woman -.no Black leader or Black organization has accomplished what The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad done with the so-called least of Black people -
