Lol I'm kinda disappointed the Zaku's Rising Tackle is NOT the Rising Tackle I was expecting. You know, the Rising Tackle that Terry Bogard does. Hahahaha
It's playing off of Domon's Shining/Burning/God Finger, as it's effectively the same technique. Which is...pretty typical of 90s anime/manga. Lots of attacks that are essentially the same thing as the protagonist's but "evil".
