All that being said, I don't think there is any "typical" grade/candidate. Don't let your grades deter you from applying.

To the best of my knowledge, you would have to apostile the original certificate as well as the photocopied one which you will send (in case your university issues the original copy just once). However, please take my advise with a pinch of salt as it will depend on the country. Check in with the Korean embassy in your country or relevant university for final recommendation. The application guideline usually has the grade bandwidth. The CGPA would be the average of your grades from SSS1 - SSS3. Where the average falls in the grade bandwidth will likely be the corresponding grade in the Korean education system. I hope this helps.
