Pretty much based on your review I bought a step over Cruiser Pro and rode it for the first time yesterday. I really liked the bike and I'm glad I got it. The one big problem with it is the seat post moves sideways and collapses all the way down when I ride it. I stopped several times to tighten the seat post clamp but as tight as I can get it, it still collapsed down. Magicycle is working with me on this issue and suggested that I buy a different seat post clamp which they said they would reimburse me for it. We'll see if this works. Thanks for the great review!
Hi William! We hope you used the link in our description and our coupon code to save money when you purchased your cruiser, pro! We had trouble with our suspension seat post as well. No amount of tightening (with channel locks )worked. We switched back to the factory seat post. We hope you'll update us with a link to the part which worked for you.
Great reviews! I am glad to see a woman's review of some of these bikes. I'd really like to see you review the Magicycle Ocelot Pro and give your thoughts on the difference riding off road on a 20" v 26" wheel bike. BTW, It might be good also to tell us how tall you are. Cheers!

What a great review, and you most certainly put the bike through its paces. I’m going to go for the Ocelot as I’m now 5’8.5” yes I have shrunk. And it’s a step through …
@@MissGoElectric We sure will . Your scoot was most interesting and shows how fast and responsive the Ocelot is and your knowledge of riding the bike and you where going at a very fast clip…
I am torn between this type/model and the ride1up Lmt'd. I just watched your review of the 1up and am curious which you would choose between the two? 4 inch fat tire with cadence or 2.7" with torque sensor?
We would not compare the two bikes because they are set up for such wildly different uses. If dirt, grass, or steep long trail riding, the Magicycle is the winner of those two. If your rides are shorter and mostly paved, the Ride1Up is quite refined and would be a great choice. That said, both brands now offer separate models which closely compete in each of those categories.
@@MissGoElectric Thanks! I used a coupon code from another video because I had already bought the bike at the time of viewing your video. I was exited about my new bike that had yet to come in so I was watching more videos on it! lol Anyway, I have the bike now and love it! :)
Hi I have a question… I’m considering a Cruiser Pro (Mid Step-Thru) for my 5’-7” wife and I wanted to know is the step through height too high and do most people end up swinging their leg over the back rack….Thank you!
You'll find sizing information on the Amazon listing. amzn.to/3r9h5xT We think this step through is quite narrow but it is possible for us to step in front of the seat rather than behind it. Old habits die hard, so there is no telling what an individuals proclivities might be. Thanks for watching. -Producer Tim

Love the trail. I looked at the Cruiser, but I also didn't like the frame design with the battery not being integrated. Also, its not much of a step thru. But oh my the power that beast seems to have. I just ordered a Basalt ST from Mokwheel, I hope its going to be a great choice. I'll find out next week. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for watching! The Mokwheel looks like a great option. I especially appreciate when ebike batteries have more utility by allowing owners to remove it and use it as a powerbank to charge other devices. Enjoy your new ebike!
Excellent review, this bike seems like a really good value. If you don't mind, I'm curious as to what park you were in. I'm in SE MI myself and that looked like a really nice place to ride.
Hello Kevin. Thank you for your compliment. We visit parks throughout Michigan to showcase our great state and we link to the parks in each review's description.
No. Range is approximate for all brands. Rider weight is only one of many important factors. Others include ambient temperature, tire pressure, wind conditions, rider position width and clothing type (aerodynamics), pedal assistance mode used, human effort contributed, terrain type, topography, average speed, and acceleration style. Whatever range you see advertised, cut that figure in half for a reasonably safe figure you can count on. Remember, as the battery ages, range will diminish. -Producer Tim
Very similar to my Biktrix Stunner LT5. My rear rack is powder coated the same color as the bike, and the frame design is a bit better, but this Magicycle comes with a better standard front light and a slightly bigger battery. If I had a budget, I'd want to get this as my last bike, seeing as it can go over 25mph even with fat tires. This is about the best deal for an ebike right now. Companies need to stop shipping batteries smaller than 900 Watt hours.
Hi Nathan! @biktrix looks pretty cool from the videos we've seen. We haven't seen one in person. There are quite a few bike reviews in this category at emobility.missgoelectric.com and coupon codes for many at deals.missgoelectric.com - If you know somebody who is thinking about getting an eBike, we hope our coverage will help them find the best one.
Your reviews are the best 👍👍..I was wondering if you could put on a 26x4.5 fat tire on this bike. Can you put an extra Shim in too tighten the seat post up. Keep riding and keep smiling 👍👍👍💀
Thank you for your compliment. We will keep them coming. There is definitely a way to make that suspension seatpost work with extra material or fasteners. We are convinced it cannot stay put with what is provided. We aren't sure if wider tires would work. We do not have a set of 4.5 to try. It would be snug.
Magicycle has not been responsive to inoperable brand new bike . They have no service phone # . email non responsive. 2 days of trying waiting for someone to help sent a picture of thumb control on right the deer has power button on PAS BUTTON ON TOP .MY 3RD E BIKE.
Thank you for sharing your experience. One trade off with smaller direct to consumer brands is that they can vanish at a moment's notice. Perhaps that is part of why Aventon, Trek, and Super73 have strong sales even if prices are a bit higher.
Thats a great ebike. Ticks most of the boxs with lots of additional options. I think it makes a good workhorse for commuting. Its the sort of ebike I would like to own one day as it fits my requirements. There is not much I would change on it. Perhaps a slightly lower step over frame design, thumb throttle instead of twist, and maybe an option for fat road tyres rather than fat nobbly tyres for those that would use the bike mostly for comfort commuting on road/light track. Its a shame that its so hard to find road tread tyres in 4 inch. I think this would help with the comfort on road. Thanks for the great review as always.
Our experience was positive, but it is important to gather information from many sources. We understand they do not have fast or complete tech support and service but this bike has given us no issues.

I had to try two different adapter sleeves to find the right one. So, research that a little further.
The hardware which Magicycle provided with their own accessory did not work. Indeed another solution is required.
Its a beast! Fun trails!
It really is! These trails are so much fun on a bike like this.

The range of this fat tire bike greatly exceeds that of many sub-40lb eRoad bikes we have reviewed. The battery is about 3x more capacious.
You handled the single track really well with that beast !
We had a great time with this bike. Thank you for watching!
I am in Michigan also. Where is that location you are riding in?
This particular review was filmed at Addison Oaks County Park.
Does your battery parentage goes up and down any time you turn it off and on ?
We have not looked closely at what the percentage gauge does on power cycling.

Can you find out for us what weight of a person Magicycle uses to determine the range on their battery?

Where did you read it?
I wish I could ride a full size bike like that but iam stuck with step threw
I like a true step thru as well.. more like their ocelot model. I might have to try that out soon :)
Every video I've seen say roughly 35 mile range max normal riding.
Throttle only, sure.
