Hello! I have a question. Since the latest update, when I watch movies on web browser on my PS4 Pro, on the sides (at the bottom and up) appear black bars that I can’t get them off. I can’t even read the subtitles because of them. Could you find any way to fix this?

How do you fix my horrid Xbox one x problem ?? When I switch it on from being off from a while it won’t play any disc nor will the eject button will work so I have to hard reboot then everything works fine. Don’t get it
Im not expert. Sounds like a problem with the psu. The 5v line (powers stand by mode) might lose power (a cap might be dead and cant hold charge or the line drops below min votage) and wont power the buttons. When unplugging and replugging you are re-energizing the psu and stays on. Id take it to a repair shop ASAP it could kill the mainboard if the problem extends to the 12v I may be wrong.

I go to input first,then I go to to HDMI,then I turn off the TV,then I on the PS4,then I connect the controller to it and then turn the TV on again,but when it opens,it doesn't load PS4 screen but the channel I was watching before came and started playing. Pls help me in this problem,my dad said he will not buy me a new console so pls help me. There is no input or source button that opens game console thing in my remote,but there is input in my tv. Pls help my friend now you are the only person who can help me.
