Travis Roopnarine bec they need a trigger to review the play... in this case the trigger was if Lebron is within the restricted are or not after which they can review if the player is in the legal guarding position or not.
It was not a special review.... it was the Last 2 Minute review which nba puts out after every single game, and the blocking call was the only controversial one so it became viral
