You produce wonderful videos. Thank you for explaining the spool attachment. I have a 790 plus and wondered, if purchased, whether it was truly beneficial. Now I know and will be ordering one. I assume they are only available through a dealer.
I have a Bernette 77 and I am brand new to the sewing world. In process of replacing the needle, it fell into the machine. I opened the top and was able to see it but I would not be able to take it out. Is there a way to take the needle out,from bottom or the side of the machine, where me to easily access the needle? Please help. Thank you in advance.

Question about the thread clip that is on the spool holder and your machine. It was my understanding that you had to use the the clip on your machine if you own a 790 plus. I heard you say either one or both. Can you please clarify for me. Thank you so much for these videos.
Regarding the thread clip on the sewing machine, you can either come from the multi spool holder directly to that clip (on machine) and continue threading the machine Or come from the clip on the multi spool holder to the machine Or go through both. In our experience it doesn't really matter for most case but some threads do benefit going through both but some more delicate threads can't handle going through both it's too much friction. The take away message is make sure at least one of the clips is used, I always have to point this out whenever I talk about the multi spool holder because i've seen people not using either. Hope this helps. :)
I just bought mine today and used your other video on how to install on my 770 QE! I open the box and was so overwhelmed and I knew you would have the answer. I do have one question at the risk of sounding stupid - I am new to sewing - do you need the spool caps when using the multi thread holder?
Wonderful you are going to love it.. NO stupid questions. Typically you don't need the spool caps BUT i have found with some smaller spools of thread especially when getting close to the end the spools want to jump off the spool pins so this is when you might need that small spool cap. :) Enjoy your new multi spool holder.
For the 200 and 730 there is a screw in the back of your machine that is holding the back tougher. This screw needs to be unscrewed. That is the hole you'll use to attach the spool holder on. :) The kit comes with a long screw to replace it with. :)

Yes it does :) a screw has to be removed but it gets replaced with one that comes with the kit.

No unfortunately this does not fit the bernette b70, 77, 79 machines.
