Already braver than 99.9% just by paddling out in such sketchy conditions. And how many others can boast of surfing with Nate in such dangerous waves with no other takers? More people have walked on the moon. Respect.
Respect to all Scottish Surfers. When Nate comes from Hawaii he brings a lifetime of Ocean Knowledge Surfing in Really Dangerous Waves almost daily. Even in Very sketchy Spots like this Wave his Confidence in the Ocean is Real! Great job Ben Larg!

Nathan Florence is a really great surfer, he inspired me to start! Watching his video in Hawaii made me want to get my own board and commit to learning surfing even at 32. Big up Nathan!

Surfing World (Aust.) magazine, late 70s schooled us that Scotland pumped. Always been my dream destination. Been around, but one day I will. Enjoyed this video. Ocean keeps us humble.

That was a super edit and really enjoyable. Great to see Nate encourage Ben like that. Ben is such a good surfer but it just shows Nate is up there with the best in the world by how he toyed with that wave. Heck he probably just got the best backside barrel ever at Mullaghmore. Would love to see more in this series, Ben could go far and would be great to follow the journey 🤙
